Such fun to make and to eat

I've enjoyed your recipes, particularly the one for Eccles Cakes. But what has happened to currants? There has been a dearth of those at my local grocers! I do hope there is no currant famine?

So good for Easter - traditional too
Baked, glazed ham is a popular Easter meat. This recipe uses lovely Welsh cider to give it a fresh, dry flavour.

One of my favourites right now.
Leek and dolcelatte tart is the perfect dishes for many meals. Great for lunch or dinner and great in a lunch box, for a picnic or a party.
