Very centrally located. 10 minutes from the airport, near all sorts of lovely restaurants and shops. Incredibly nice staff, all of whom were very friendly and helpful; they always seemed to be on hand when we needed them. The lobby is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen; vast and high-ceilinged with plenty of polished marble, gleaming wood, and sumptuous furniture. The casino was great and had all the standard games. The dealers were very sweet and funny. They seem to have thought of everything and even provide you with sunscreen and mosquito repellent on your way out to the pool although I didn't see a single mosquito the whole time we were there. The pools were perfect. The temperature was good and there were so many pools and hot tubs that if one got too busy for you, you could move on to another one. Or you could take two steps out of the pool and be right on the beach where they provided lounging chairs free of charge. Our first night we were in a room on the 3rd floor that had a view of the rooftop facing the street but the next night we were upgraded because it was our anniversary (very kind of them!) to a higher floor with a window facing the beach. A few nights later the water broke in our room so they upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel (YAY!). If you can afford the suite on the top floor, it is totally worth it for the views and the comfy robe but the room itself is almost identical to the less expensive rooms in size and accommodations. The power was out for about an hour at one point. We bought a snorkeling excursion to Culebra from the hotel activity director and I've never been to a more lovely place. The staff on the boat were incredible; funny, helpful, and patient, they even warned us when we looked like we were starting to burn! The boat was nice and new.

Came here for our honey moon. Huge mistake. The whole resort is under construction. We asked for and were promised a room with a balcony and now since the resort is undergoing renovations the balcony rooms are closed. All of the pool areas are closed. When we booked they mentioned nothing about the construction just 2 weeks prior they sent an email saying that there will be work done and some of the facilities will be closed. As we got to our room our card wouldn't open the door security had to reset the system. The room smells damp and moldy there are mold stains throughout the room the furniture is dirty and there was a questionable stain on the bed's headboard. Over all very disappointed with this place especially being a hilton resort. I would not recommend to waste your time and money here

Great time. Our second time here! Great food and accolades to all. One problem we requested a early check in and the room was not ready. The people at the desk didn't seem to care. I was approached by Amarilis Santiago with concern about the situation. In a matter of minutes she was able to resolve the problem and we had our room!! Good feeling coming back next year.

Rude staff!!!!! Terrible service. Rooms are dated and dirty. Drinks and food are overpriced. Nice beach and pool area made the my stay tolerable.

The staff was great, very nice. Mireya on the housekeeping staff is a awesome person! She was very helpful and gave us places to go. Always with a smile she made our stay that much better. They are under construction but it didn't bother us. Just one morning they woke us up at 7:30am with some noise. The beach is wonderful, beautiful and clean. The one pool they had open was warm and inviting. But we stayed mostly on the beach. The food was very good too. La Piccola Fonta a restaurant in the resort is amazing!! We ate there twice. It is pricey but worth every penny. The morning breakfast is also amazing. They had everything you would want. Except waffles and pancakes. If we did have a problem they were quick to fix it. Our 1st night we had to move rooms because of the noise of other guest. They decided to party in the hallway and rooms instead of the 100 other places they could of went. The area around the resort is safe and full of places to eat. Plenty of good restaurants to eat different every day. We went to old San Juan twice but should of went more. It's just a $21 cab ride that takes 10-15 mins. The old fort is a great and cheap place to visit. Very beautiful. All in all the trip is what you make it. My girlfriend and I loved our trip and can't wait to come back.

This was a great place to stay for the cost. Location was good if you want easy access to main roads and the airport in Isla Verde. The rooms were large, the view was great, the beach was fantastic, the pools could use some refreshing. The concierge was awesome at finding activities! The only negative experience or suggestions to the staff is that my friends and I thought some of the staff were stuffy/borderline arrogant...However the concierge staff and the bartender Vivian were GREAT!

First room was horrible....smelled and had stains all over the furniture. It was so bad I didn't want to sit on anything. They gave us another room and it was better but not by alot. The door to the room was cracked and busted. ...the bathroom had black mold so bad that it was imbeded in the wood framing of the door. There were chunks out of tiles in the bathroom and other areas. The mattress was so old that it was an off white tan color and was so lumpy that it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. We only spent one night there.

For such a nice hotel, tvs were outdated and didn't work. Ihome didn't turn on.beds were extremely comfortable and nice.bathrooms were high end and luxurious. The best features are the beach, pools, hot tub. Didn't try the casino, bar or night club but from other guests they seem to very good and luxurious.
