5 Ways Instagram Can Boost Your Marketing Plan

What makes Instagram different from other social media sites such as Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter? It's almost entirely photo-based and available only on Apple iOS and Android mobile phones and devices. Instagram has emerged as an effective marketing tool because companies can quickly build brand recognition and consumer loyalty through an ongoing stream of photos that help personalize their brand.

1. Promote your goods and services.
2. Host photo contests.
3. Create images that feature promotional codes.
4. Go behind-the-scenes.
5. Make your followers stars.

Design Your Company, Not Your Product

When you think of creating a company, all the focus is usually on what you want to make: how the app will work on someone's phone or how attractive your product will look like on store shelves.

There's a new wave of entrepreneurs who believe the real key to long-term success comes from focusing on designing the company--not the product.

Awesome, even Google is utilizing container structures lately.

#THEFUTURE

Video: Google Shipping Container Data Centers

Google’s data centers are definitely a sight to see. What makes these data centers so special is the fact that they are made up of shipping containers. #Google has 12 data centers that are being used around the world. The security for these data centers is like something out of a James Bond movie. There are security guards everywhere and the use of retinal scanners is implemented. Any time you are doing a report and need information of a subject or trying to remember what the name of a song is, these data centers are what allows you to do it.

As an SEO, I still use Google and can't see that changing anytime soon. After all, I've spent so much time on Google that I've figured out how to search it for complex information

The future of SEO will involve three major things...

1. - Quality Content
2. - Natural Unoptimized Low-Filtered Links
3. - ALL Social Media Signals

Well, search engines will always need to be optimized for. So it's pretty much all of these "new search engine rules" that must be abided by... And many, many, companies are in for yet another hard hit soon with Google's next update which is attacking all "old SEO work"... We are safe though ;-) +Automotive.com is plenty healthy don't you worry =)

A mastermind in marketing
Introduction
I’m currently the owner of EPSEO and former SEO/SMO Specialist for Source Interlink Media. In my position I’m responsible for coordinating many of the SEO/SMO efforts and maximizing search engine and social media exposure across all of my client’s web properties

I got my start in SEO during 2007 while working for a major publication company in Irvine, CA. Since then, I have learned a lot about business, web development, sales, and most importantly, SEO. I owe a lot to Automotive.com where I’ve learned a lot from helpful people like Andrew, Sal, Lior, Chris, Dan, Darren, Todd, Charles, Joel, and many others. Also a big thanks to Bill, Craig, and Jeff for making the shipping container business possible for me.

I believe having a creative mind, technical skills, objective thinking, and a great set of tools get you the furthest in the digital marketing field.
