The source code for our participation at the ISIC Challenge on Melanoma detection is now available:
https://github.com/learningtitans/isbi2017-part3 We'd love to have people using our code, and attempting to reproduce our results. Please consider taking a look.
We got 1st place at the melanoma classification task in the challenge. Our team comprised Prof. Sandra Avila, Dr. Lin Tzy Li, and the students Afonso Menegola, Julia Tavares, and Michel Fornaciali. (And yours truly, of course.)
