I got a car from them and had to get a co-signer who has a car with them already, got the car on the 10th of Feb, and a month has passed and i still hadn't got the title in the mail, so i called them and let them know that i havent got it, so they tell me the paperwork was signed wrong and both me and the co-signer need to come back to resign it, i get up there and they tell me we have to take the car back we couldn't get a bank to take the loan, 1st off it don't take no 30days to try and get a bank to take a loan, they should have already had a bank to take the loan with in a week are before i left there, so they left me with out a car, no way to get to work are pick my child up from daycare, so i had told too people to go get a car from them and after they did that i called them and told them don't get a car with them they will do you wrong and they had already been talking to them about cars they wanted i'm glad they didnt go there and they told there friends to tell everyone they know not to go as well.......

My salesman Sam, did a outstanding job. This is the forth vehicle that we have bought with Edmond Hyundai. Sales manager Sammy is wonderful, we have dealt with him all four times while working our deal. They do what they tell you they can do, no games. I love the car buying experience at Edmond Hyundai, I am a customer for life.

I recently went to Edmond Hyundai and was looking for another car. A very sweet, young man by the name of Garrett Fuchs came up to me and asked what I was looking for and sure enough I got what I was looking for. Garrett Fuchs was extremely helpful with my car purchase. He was very funny and knowledgeable about the all the cars on the lot and helped me pick the better one for me. He was very honest and reasonable. I have enjoyed working with him very much and highly recommend him if anyone ever needs to buy a car.

First, I bought a 2-door fiat when I was pregnant with my son at Fiat of Edmond. Upon purchasing, Ryan let me know that they would completely pay off the vehicle after I made three payments, and brought it back to trade it in for a four door so that my son would fit. I brought it back, and they said they couldn't get me in a car because the four door had a recall, and they couldn't get me in a used vehicle either, so they told me Edmond Hyundai bought them out, so we could go next door to them and get a vehicle. Fine. My sales guy was nice, but he was putting me in vehicles that were way under expectation, some I couldn't even drive because of my preggo belly. Finally, we found a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with around 42K on it. when we sat down to do the deal, we were already so pissed and ready to leave. We didn't pay attention to the fact that our loan was for $18K, in which 2K was for the fiat. (that was supposed to be paid off according to Ryan). So, when we left we understood that we would have to deal with that. I understand that car salesman do just that, sell a car. But being flat out lied to is crazy. Im surprised its legal. Also, there is a lady at fiat of Edmond that walks around on her phone, and she is SO RUDE. I wouldnt even speak with her because of how rude she was. Back to Edmond Hyundai: We brought our vehicle in to get it serviced last Friday, and my husband was 30 min- 1 hour early to our 9am appointment. He had forgotten a bottle for our son, and needed to run down the street to the store. He was told they would not be able to service our car that day if he left. HE WAS EARLY TO THE APPOINTMENT. Why he couldn't leave to FEED OUR BABY, I'm not sure. This has been the biggest mess I have ever been in with a dealership, and I will not be referring anyone here. Make sure to get everything in writing, because they will bend you over and screw you sideways. Thanks for all the help I did not get. :)

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership, and each experience was absolutely wonderful! But I went in yesterday to try and get into a bigger car and it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all, my fiance and I owe quite a bit on the current car we drive, but would really like to get into something bigger. My fiance was contacted by the manager Sammy who stated that he was almost positive that he could get our current car completely paid off so we would not have any negative towards a new car. So I went in later that evening and met with a sales woman named Lilad. She was friendly enough, but when we went on the test drive she knew nothing about the car I was looking at and couldn't tell me any safety features. Also, I asked how large the gas tank was and she couldn't tell me that either. For our test drive we actually had to go and get gas because the car she brought me was practically about to run out of gas. She was awkward and barley spoke to me or my friend that accompanied me since my fiance had to work. Once we got back to the dealership from the test drive, we went inside and I waited to hear back from Sammy about our results from the lenders. Lilad came back with a piece of paper with sharpie written on it and it said $2,500 down and $580-$590 per month. I said that I was not going to do that. She asked me what I COULD do, I told her the whole point of me coming there was to lower my payment and that Sammy had told my fiance that he was almost positive that he could get our current car paid off. She just shook her said and told me he couldn't do that. I thanked her and left. I am too nice of a person to be rude to someone for trying to do their job, but these people had no idea what they were doing. They lied to my fiance on the phone just to get us to come in. It was the worst experience in a car dealership that I have ever experienced. Also, they took my keys to appraise the current vehicle that I am in, and I was never even told how much it was appraised for. My fiance called and spoke to Sammy today to express our issues with our visit. He told Sammy that the whole point of us even going there was because HE said that he could get our current car paid off and get us into a new car with no negative equity. Sammy proceeded to tell my fiance that he was under the impression that we wanted to try to get approved WITH our negative equity. While this made no sense, my fiance called him on his lies and we will be going else where to look for a vehicle when the time comes. Save your money and time and go somewhere that you will actually be treated properly instead of being told lies over and over again just to get you through the door.

I went in last Saturday to purchase a vehicle and I must say I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The staff was very courteous and I did not feel pressured at all. I want to recommend Osanta Moore as a sales rep he is very knowledgeable and will make suggestions but was never pushy. I like that. He and his boss gave me everything I asked for. Thank you for a pleasant car buying experience. I am definitely looking forward to doing business with you all in the future. A+++

I went there looking for a used genesis coupe that i saw online. when i reached the dealership, a polite salesman greeted me and showed me the genesis. He told me the price was $22,900 when online it said the price was $21,750. He talked to the manager and said that he can sell it for $21,750. I told them that the car is missing some parts and that the tail light on it were from the previous model, but they told me that the led tail lights were only for 2014 genesis coupes and above. I called hyundai and l looked online to find out that the led tail lights were standard on 2013 and above. I knew more about their cars than the people who worked there. Then they tried to talk to me out of that genesis coupe into a older one saying that it might be the only one i could probably afford. We left the dealership and forgot about that car completely.

wonderful car buying experience!!! Amir was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the cars. He did such a great job of making sure I got the car that I wanted :) I will never buy from another car dealership ever again!!!!!!!!!!
