Hi, I am pretty new to google apps for work and wanted to see if anyone can suggest any options or ideas for a small issue I have with collaborative inbox. At my small company I created a SALES collaborative inbox to share with 3 people. We do not like the GUI of the Google group site, it looks like a forum and not an inbox. I have it set up so that any email coming to sales group is then fwd to the 3 people in the group. We would like to be able to reply to emails coming from our gmail inbox and somehow let the others know that it's been taken care of. So far I don't see a solution, but I do see services that let you sync labels. Don't know if that is the only option for now. Thanks in advance!
