Even if you're not into tabletop gaming you should watch this amusing Grand Finale Video for the humor. "Doom to your wallet!"

This KS (as well as its predecessor) brought doom to my wallet even before the video =P

I'm sure that everyone and their mom is already talking about and backing this project, but just in case you're not, check it out immediately. This is the best price you'll ever see for gorgeous, indestructible cavern style gaming tiles. Use 'em in your favorite RPG or tabletop games.

Yeah, talking about that with my dad and we both had the same concerns. Going to come back to it when I get time to dig deeper.

Prep for today's Trail of Cthulhu game shown.

Each PC is a member of the Bureau's Special Investigation Division which was formed after the Raid on Innsmouth in 1928 to handle cases that were too unusual for the standard gmen teams to handle. Each player received their confidential "personnel file" (character sheet) and a portrait stand with their agent's name and picture. I used Google's free "Special Elite" typewriter font for most of the documents that weren't handwritten. Some other props and handouts also show.

Special thanks to +Peter Darley for inspiring much of this with his great Night's Black Agent's game at PAX last fall. If this goes well I'm thinking of running this at future conventions since most of the work I've put into it can be easily re-used. I ran out of time on some of the handouts, but have a full month to prepare for next session and am excited to fill in the holes.

+Tim Rodriguez - any chance of a last minute update to the print&play prototype deck you made available during the Kickstarter? I'll be visiting with family next week and think this would be a blast to play with them!

The latest backer update intimates that the digital rewards are imminent, so chances are +Tim Rodriguez is concentrating on getting those out the door. Keep everything crossed and you might have if finished thing available in time.

After doing a great job upgrading my panel and service to 200 amps, I had Brian come back to install can lights in 5 rooms in my house and two sets of porch lights. He completed the work quickly, left my house tidy, and did a great job expanding the wall switches to include the new lights without damaging the walls. Overall I'm very happy with how the project turned out.
