Trendy with well appointed, if small, rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food ok, but recommend eating elsewhere; little choice, basic and expensive. WiFi ok.

Pleasant and comfortable, clean and tidy, welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, and good value for money.

Well appointed and smart hotel, with friendly staff and reasonable food. Odd, old-fashioned gender stereotypes, for example used to describe dishes in the menu, belie attempts to be cool and edgy, and the 'free' internet is unstable and useless even for checking email. But on the whole a pleasant stay.

Stayed for just one night. Good location for Staines, on river with some rooms having a river view. Room decor had been updated, but couldn't hide the underlying tiredness, and the bath/shower was in need of repair or a refresh. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Comfortable, modern hotel with good amenities, marred only by poor WiFi that only supports web browsing (e.g. no VPN, SSH, etc)
