We've got a host of new faces at our dealership. But this is to congratulate someone who has been with us for nearly three years. Steve Shaw is the new president of our Business Elite. He will be joined by Justin Carlson. Congrats to both of you guys!

Brought my car because of a few recalls and a transmission flush. They told me it would be a max of 3 hrs and they ended up keeping my car for 2 days. Luckily my husband was out of town and was able to use his car meanwhile. Pick up day comes and they keep my car even more then they said they would because the piece installed of the recall was bad. Had to leave and come back the next day for my car. After several trips they finally have it "ready". Come to find out on of the pieces they installed was under the center console and had to be removed. Well, they did not put it back how it was. The seat was rubbing awaist the console when moved and the shift knob was broken and everything was a mess. I felt so stressed that I couldnt go back but waited for my husband to come and take it himself. I felt like they were taking advantage because of me being a girl. Husband comes back and we head there again. He tells the guy the car is messed up and needs to be put back together how it was. He replies saying "yes let me set up an appointment"....you kidding me? you kept my car for 2 days and couldnt give it back correctly and you still cant fix it now?...he said there was nothing he could do about it. We take off frm there because my husband was going to fix it himself. Come to find out its missing screws! We drive back more pissed than we were, and tell him we are missing screws! This is bulls&*#!..What kind of technicians do you have back there? The guy after seeing my husband pissed and yelling at him took the car back to an "expert" to get it back together. We timed the whole process and they took 15 minutes exactly to get it fixed. Car was left with a scratched center console and broken pieces and seems like the transmission was never flushed. We will "never" come back to this place again! Bad customer service and shi#*y technicians. Wish there was a way to rate negative stars..enough said I believe.

Do you what makes me a satisfied customer? A business that does the things it says it'll do. The folks at Ed Bozarth follow up with a phone call and make sure you're 100% satisified. Simple as that. Ya gotta love a business that sincerely cares about the customer. Let the service folks make you a happy customer, too.

Me and my wife went there to look for a vehicle for her! She decided to get a used jeep! we went thru the whole process to include putting the money down! The normal finance rep had gone to a broncos game! They told us that everything was good and she had to finish all the paperwork when she returned on Monday. They let us take the jeep home. 3 days later they called us and told us we had to put over $5000 dollars more down after being told the 1500 would be good enough. So we returned it and talked it over and decided to try for a new car. After looking them over my wife decided on the Cruz. The sales man was pushing us towards a turbo which I told him I did not want! We did all the paperwork and got the car. Yesterday 7-31-2014 we took the car in for its first oil change and my wife decided to see if we can trade it in for something a little bigger! I told her to go talk to the sales rep while I finish with the oil change. We then started looking at the Malibu and equinox. both priced a little higher then our cruz. When the sales rep wrote up the deal with the price difference it was going to be $5000 more for the Malibu and 7001 for the equinox. He looked up our car and he told us it was a turbo. I told him it wasn't because we didn't buy a turbo. after looking it up by vin we found out for sure it was a turbo. which we was not and DID NOT want in the first place. Then they was only giving $2000 off the equinox for hail damage which was dropping the price from $26000 to $24000 and giving a $1500 chevy rebate. Now according to their tv add those are suppose to start at $20000 cause of the hail damage which would be for base model. That is also the model we told the sales rep we wanted!!!!! That is a $4000 difference from what was advertised and what we was told not to mention finding out our car was a turbo which we DID NOT WANT AT ALL! I will never refer them to anyone ever. Also if any of my customers want to know what dealership to go to for anything I am going to send them to emich or len lyall! Bad sales, bad customer service for sales, just bad period!

I went to this dealership because my mechanic could not fix my broken spedometer. He recommended them. I would have to agree, they were great. From the checkin to the pickup, the ease of this repair was great. They had the part (might have been a two day because of the issue), let me know of other issues, and gave me the option to repair or wait. I felt comfortable and choose what I want to fix and what my regular mechanic could fix. I would definitely recommend them if anyone asked. The service and environment was excellent. Shout out to Tracy Hunter- very nice having her be my customer service consultant. And they gave me a ride home.

Don't know if I'd ever even pull back in the parking lot. I was shopping for cars and picked out a nice used one. Sat down with the salesman and we wrote up the sales sheet and agreed on the price. Came back a week later when I had set up financing (Not with the dealership) and SURPRISE the price had suddenly gone up. They were unwilling to honor the original deal even with the sales sheet in hand. Started working with another salesman and came up with a new car. Sat down and went through another sales sheet. They did give me the $5,000 year end sales event discount from the factory. However they were unwilling to negotiate on price at all. After pondering for a day or so I realized that they were trying to charge me over $2,000 more than the price they had the car listed for on their website. After bringing this to their attention they were still unwilling to bring the price down. I don't get the feeling it was the sales people, as they had both been on the ob for less than 6 months. I get the feeling thats the way this place is run. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if there was an option for that. This is one place I won't go back to. I did get a call back from the dealership after this post. Kyle tried to explain that these issues were simply a communication misunderstanding. Which I truly did appreciate.

Just left dealership after a great experience! I was greeted by a smiling youg lady and I presented her with a printout of my appointment confirmation. I was taken care of professionally in just over an hour for oil and filter change, tire rotation, and fluids check. They even washed my car. Very pleased.

Im done with this place. Everytime I have work done on a vehicle and show up to pick it up I end up waiting way too long. Same thing everytime: I pay, they radio back for someone to bring the car up, they say its on the way, and then I wait 30 or 40 minutes.... Eventually I have to go ask if the car is on it's way and they radio back again and someone in the back forgot about it. I even asked them not to wash it thinking it would speed up the process but it doesn't. This has happened 3 times and I've complained each time but nothing changes. I don't have any complaints about the workmanship of the mechanics other than it being a little expensive but the service reps have a serious disconnect in communication.

Buyers Beware! This dealership will rip you off and you will spend excessive amounts of time for them to do so. We were quoted $34,000 for a used 2011 Tahoe, spent 5 hours on a Thursday waiting to "speak" with a financial manager. When finally meeting with him we were rushed out and never finalized the deal. We arranged an appointment to come back the next Monday at 4:30 pm. We arrived on time and waited another 2 hours to see someone, even though we made an appointment. Once we finally saw someone they tried to sell us the vehicle for $43,000. No where near what we initially discussed!!! Unbelievably poor service and pricing is not negotiable! A friend of ours that is a wholesaler said the same vehicle should cost closer to $33,000. All buyers looking for a decent used vehicle, go somewhere else!!! They will rip you off!!
