Customer service was exceptional here. I took my hard top convertible to several different body shops and Chevrolet dealers, all who turned me away and indicated they could not help me. Their electrical technician here located the problem in a few hours and fixed the problem in a day. Their diagnostics were $150 less than Suss Buick and GMC down the street. Highly recommended.

The service department is awful. I called in on June 5th to set an appointment for some recall work on a 2007 HHR. The guy who checked my in told me that there was not an appointment in the "system". I told him that I called in and set the appointment for 8am. He told me that they could still get it done. Ok. Three hours later waiting on a part and no follow up from the service guy, I went down to check on the status. The service guy told me that the part still had not arrived. (after he told me it would be an hour). I used to bring a 2003 Silverado in here for service and always could not leave without spending $1,000. Either the product was garbage or they took advantage of me. Either way. stay away from GM products and Ed Bozarth Chevrolet.

I had a fantastic experience with Jeremie and Steff. They made it easy to grt into a new car same day, and even when someone had dented my car and scratched it badly they helped me with getting it repaired.

Ed Bozarth deserves a 10 rating, from beginning to end the effort and assistance was great, Sales Person Omar was wonderful and although it took a few days to finally find the perfect truck Omar took the time to find the exact truck that I was looking for and that I could afford, thank you Omar.. I will definitely be recommending Ed Bozarth to my friends and Family.

This was by far the BEST experience at a dealership EVER. My saleswoman, Sarah Barlow, was AMAZING. In fact everyone there was great and very human rather than the typical car salesman/pressure act. I will definitely be recommending this place to others & will be a repeat customer. Thanks Sarah for making this normally horrible experience painless & kinda fun... (Bought 2015 Chevy Trax - which is FANTASTIC. A luxury car feel without the luxury car price.)

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU JASON CROWLEY AND JOE OCHS My husband and I took our Chevy Equinox in for a couple of recalls and asked Jason Crowley about a knocking noise we were hearing in our engine, he looked up a couple of things in the computer and a couple of days later he had our car in to be looked at. It turned out it was an issue that was covered under warranty and saved us a lot of money! Jason and Joe had us in and our of there in a timely matter without us feeling rushed. When my husband wasn't there with me to pick up the car Jason explained to me everything he explained to my husband and didn't treat me like some women who wouldn't understand. Joe treated me like a lady, helping me check in my rental, helping me transfer my things from one care to the other and helping me get checked out. They have an amazing team. We will always take our service back to this location. Thank you Jason and Joe!

Brought my car because of a few recalls and a transmission flush. They told me it would be a max of 3 hrs and they ended up keeping my car for 2 days. Luckily my husband was out of town and was able to use his car meanwhile. Pick up day comes and they keep my car even more then they said they would because the piece installed of the recall was bad. Had to leave and come back the next day for my car. After several trips they finally have it "ready". Come to find out on of the pieces they installed was under the center console and had to be removed. Well, they did not put it back how it was. The seat was rubbing awaist the console when moved and the shift knob was broken and everything was a mess. I felt so stressed that I couldnt go back but waited for my husband to come and take it himself. I felt like they were taking advantage because of me being a girl. Husband comes back and we head there again. He tells the guy the car is messed up and needs to be put back together how it was. He replies saying "yes let me set up an appointment"....you kidding me? you kept my car for 2 days and couldnt give it back correctly and you still cant fix it now?...he said there was nothing he could do about it. We take off frm there because my husband was going to fix it himself. Come to find out its missing screws! We drive back more pissed than we were, and tell him we are missing screws! This is bulls&*#!..What kind of technicians do you have back there? The guy after seeing my husband pissed and yelling at him took the car back to an "expert" to get it back together. We timed the whole process and they took 15 minutes exactly to get it fixed. Car was left with a scratched center console and broken pieces and seems like the transmission was never flushed. We will "never" come back to this place again! Bad customer service and shi#*y technicians. Wish there was a way to rate negative stars..enough said I believe.

Don't know if I'd ever even pull back in the parking lot. I was shopping for cars and picked out a nice used one. Sat down with the salesman and we wrote up the sales sheet and agreed on the price. Came back a week later when I had set up financing (Not with the dealership) and SURPRISE the price had suddenly gone up. They were unwilling to honor the original deal even with the sales sheet in hand. Started working with another salesman and came up with a new car. Sat down and went through another sales sheet. They did give me the $5,000 year end sales event discount from the factory. However they were unwilling to negotiate on price at all. After pondering for a day or so I realized that they were trying to charge me over $2,000 more than the price they had the car listed for on their website. After bringing this to their attention they were still unwilling to bring the price down. I don't get the feeling it was the sales people, as they had both been on the ob for less than 6 months. I get the feeling thats the way this place is run. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if there was an option for that. This is one place I won't go back to. I did get a call back from the dealership after this post. Kyle tried to explain that these issues were simply a communication misunderstanding. Which I truly did appreciate.
