I went to this dealership because my mechanic could not fix my broken spedometer. He recommended them. I would have to agree, they were great. From the checkin to the pickup, the ease of this repair was great. They had the part (might have been a two day because of the issue), let me know of other issues, and gave me the option to repair or wait. I felt comfortable and choose what I want to fix and what my regular mechanic could fix. I would definitely recommend them if anyone asked. The service and environment was excellent. Shout out to Tracy Hunter- very nice having her be my customer service consultant. And they gave me a ride home.

I took a truck in for service as it had off and on problems with the control modules. I travel quite a bit and they were able to fit me in without very much notice. They traced the problem with some wiring and were able to correct. They kept me informed the entire time. What a great experience to work with such a professional team. They always seemed to care about what I wanted and if things were done right. The Service Manager team is very knowledgeable which is a great asset.

I bring my daughter's car in on a regular basis and everyone is always very professional and courteous. They have shown us where things need attention and are not pushy to get it done. We love going there and will be back. When it's time, we will look there for our next car.

Last year I had Bozarth service my truck, which was to include rotating the tires. They did not do the rotating, the service tech admitted he did not do the job and said it was because the wheels on the rear were better than the ones on the front ......of course I was not told they were not rotated, I notice it, took it back in and told them to do what I paid for. There was very, very little difference between the front and back. He was just trying to cover his behind!! Today I made an appointment at 9:00 am to have an alignment done on the same truck, was told it would take 1.5. to 2 hours to do the job. 5 hours latter they had not started on the job. I told them not to touch the truck, I would be over to pick it up. The Service Manager Don, said he was sorry and if i would leave it, they would have it ready in one hour.( I didn't leave it ) Don is the same dept. manager who stood up for the service tech who did not rotate my tires last year. I got the same story last year, we will have it done it one took 1 1/2 hours to rotate them. Once again Don offer me card and said "if there is anything he could do let me know". I put his card in his coat pocket and told him, I still have one from the last time they screwed up. I should not have gone back for the second time, I was hoping the Service Dept had improved, and I live so close to them. I will make the drive to Colfax and 225 next time!

Had very good luck with this dealership I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze Eco 1.4t from them and traded in my 2004 Infinity G35x.... They low balled the hell out of me on my trade in value and I almost walked away, a 2004 Infinity in good condition and you offer 4k trade in you're crazy sorry. Got the price for the trade in where I was comfortable with and found a model cruze that I liked so everything has been great so far other than that... I have not dealt with the service department yet so only time will tell. As far as our sales person Steve Shaw was awesome and the finance manager Justin was as well.

Had service done last week and it was a pleasure. Friendly service advisor, fast, easy, resonable. Got the work done well and as promised. Because of my schedule I had to pick it up the next day and dealt with new people without any problems. They all knew what to do and got me in and out in short order. Completely satisfied, thanks service staff.
