The ECSU International Student Organization Used Book Sale will be held tomorrow, 10am - noon, in front of Moore Hall, on the campus of #ECSU. Moore Hall is on Southern Avenue, across from the H.L. Trigg Community School. Hardback books will be $1, and paperbacks will be 50 cents. All proceeds will support ECSU's International Student Organization.

This year marks the 450 anniversary of William Shakespeare’s birthday. Two #ECSU professors who teach literature at the university, strolled the aisles of the Pasquotank County Library in search of the poet/playwright’s fans. They found patrons who recalled Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar and more of Shakespeare’s works while attending high school and college. The Department of Language, Literature and Communication, in cooperation with Professor Kip Branch, is proud to announce that Ms. Aria Branch (B.A. Duke University, J.D. Harvard University), a staff attorney with Perkins Coke in Washington, DC will visit #ESCU TOMORROW at 1:00pm in Johnson Hall 138 to talk with students about careers in law and journalism, as well as the #LSAT.

The U.S. News and World Report's 2012 Edition of Best Colleges ranked ECSU as second in the Top Public Schools Regional Colleges (South) category and #14 among the nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
