We were travelling from Florida back home to Pittsburgh, PA. Our 2004 Civic developed problems with no heat being produced in the cabin. The engine was running fine, but we were getting no heat. I called Goggled Economy Honda Superstore's Service Department at about 10 am and they said to bring it right in, which I did (2/25/2015). I explained we were from out of town and in route travelling home. They were very courteous, seemed to be very high-tech and took our Honda right away. Obviously, I was a captive customer and had no way of knowing if I would be treated honestly or - would be writing a horror review. Well, in about 2 1/2 hours the technician came to me and explained the problem offering how repairs would be made and associated costs. A courtesy car would be made available and my car would be ready the next day! Imagine my amazement. . . no appointment, I did not purchase the car from Economy, the repairs would be made right away and - affordable. I HIGHLY recommend Economy Honda Superstore! You are Great! Thank you so much!

Wow is the service department bad. Have had a long good run with Honda's and Honda dealers in other states. They build a great auto. This service department is different. Communication was bad and they didn't do what we had requested or what said they would do. Will drive the 30 miles to Cleveland Honda in the future. I never put up bad ratings on business's, but this one was an exception.

The esales representative (Lindsey T.) was awesome and helped me tremendously, then when I went to the dealer the Sales person (Chris H.) was awesome and really worked with us, very thorough!

They're great when they want to sell you something, but could care less afterward. Granted, I bought a used vehicle (2001 Chrysler Town & Country). However, it appears they did just enough work on it to get it off the lot. Within three days of purchase: 1) A/C stopped working 2) Windows stopped working 3) Powered lift doors stopped working 4) Radio would constantly "reboot" As I've went over the van, I've learned their "detailed inspection" by their "skilled auto technicians" is pure horse shit. Replacing the alternator fixed almost all of the weird electrical problems, something they would have found if they had just taken the time to test it. The lift doors had breaks in the wires, something they could have fixed in an hour if they had bothered. The A/C needed a new service valve and compressor, again something easily findable during a detailed inspection. I called them about it and spoke with Manager Jeremy Holsombeck, who promised to find me a vehicle to swap out with it. He put Shannon Harris on the job to find the vehicle to swap. Neither one of them delivered on their promise and eventually stopped returning my calls. Add this to the fact that their title group screwed up my title paperwork and didn't get clear title to the vehicle when they bought it off the previous owner, and you can see why I would say you need to have your head examined if you buy from them. Frankly, their screw up on my title is so insidious, it still exists to this day. I bought the van nearly two years ago, and nothing I do can exorcise their idiot title department's presence from my registration. Horrible service, arrogance and straight stupidity lead to a horrible sales experience. I would avoid them (and any other member of the Sonic Automotive Group) like the plague.

This is our second purchase in 3 years with Economy Honda and I still have yet to fault them with anything. It's really just the opposite. I can only praise their customer service and attitude while either buying a car or servicing a car or even just to ask a dumb question about how something on the car works. Economy Honda should get a 6 in each and every category they are graded in. They are absolutely the tops in going the extra mile, that includes service, parts, buying and trading. I will be back in about 3-4 years, you can count on it. Thank you f-r making the purchase and service on my super Accord painless and friendly. Hope you have a record year in sales and service, you have earned Ralph & Debbie

if you buy a honda don't go this place,the salesman jonathan was great, But after drive the car for 2 days i discover some noises in the car i have a 2013 crv , i took the car to the dealer to check this things after 3 hours the service manager told me that its UNDER INVESTIGATION , and after that he told me that its normal for this cars, thats a LIE we had an other one that we trade in for this one and it was fine , i have 2 friends with same vehicle same year different problems ,the tooktheyre cars and same story " ITS NORMAL,". what its normal is that this cars have some problems and if they can't fix them they say ITS NORMAL. definitely my last honda in this place. by the way i have a 2013 cdv fully loaded with 12k miles CERTIFIED, with a lots of warranty, but i CANT USE THAT WARRANTY. I'm not happy at all
