Latest news: Slight rise in UK Manufacturing PMI for July - The UK Manufacturing PMI stood at 51.9 in July. This is lower than the average of 54.3 for the current period of growth from April 2013 says Markit/CIPS, but is still slightly higher than the long term average since Jan 1992 of 51.5.
