We wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with an update as we move into the recovery phase following Hurricane Irma's impact on our Florida Locations. In short, our entire team is safe, and we are beginning to resume normal operations.

Unfortunately, the impact of the storm in our area was relatively severe. Nearly half of our associates remain without electricity and/or water at this time, but all are safe and accounted for. Our warehouse suffered no impact at all, and both shipping and receiving have resumed normal operations.

Our main office unfortunately suffered extensive damage, and we have relocated all office personnel and all call center associates to our nearby warehouse location.
Today is our first day of full operations (all departments open) and we expect to be at full strength very quickly.
At this time, we are still establishing both phone and email connectivity for all departments and expanding data bandwidth to support the increased load (with all operations now in one facility). You may, unfortunately, experience a delay as a result in the meantime. Establishing full communications and processes is our #1 Priority, and we will continue to provide updates.

We apologize for the inconvenience this is creating for you, but we are committed to a fast recovery. We appreciate your support and understanding throughout.
