Response from the owner - a month ago
Sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. As we have already communicated you ordered a bike from us which was delivered on 2 June. You contacted us the next day & asked to return it stating that it was unused. At the time you said nothing about the size but wanted to exchange it for a completely different model. We received the bike back 11 days later & it was obvious that it had been used. The protective internal packaging had been removed & there were various scuffs & marks on the bike. An attempt had been made to reset all the settings, however the full diagnostic report that we sent to you showed that the bike had been ridden for over 40km. There was also damage to the display bracket, marks & scuffs, chipped paint & stones in the tyres as per the pictures we supplied to you. You then said we had supplied you with an ex-demonstration model which was not the case & we were able to find in our records a copy of the delivery note from the distributors showing that the bike had been delivered to us between the time of your order & the date you required delivery.
Due to the condition of the bike on return we could not responsibly sell it to another customer as new & this is the reason why we could not offer you a full refund.
