E-bikeshop's customer service is second to none. Martin has worked hard to resolve a difficult situation involving a courier and achieved a successful outcome. Would definitely shop again!

I bought my bike (Haibike electric expensive but quality through and through) - bought it back in 2013 - rode it lots - like LOTS - probably 6000 miles plus - with dongle - so lots of it fast. And didn't exactly take the best of care of it - not that I abused it just that its a machine so it got used as machines are supposed to be used - I'm not one for only using it in the dry and wiping it down every time - its not something to go on the mantelpiece its a f****g pushbike. And so - I guess - you could say - I broke it. By riding it so hard see previous sentence. Well. There I was thinking f*** thats £5K down the drain they'll never fix it on warranty (I'd bust the important bit - the motor) - but guess what? They did. Or rather Martin did. Sent it away and got the whole lot fixed on warranty. Excellent stuff. Well done and thanks a million. Brilliant customer service.

Just one word covers it all, Superb. The bike is fantastic, Martin is some kind of genius and the service is second to none, I kid you not. Don't take my word for it, E-bikes are definitely worth buying now & they even look the part. I have no issues with range or charge time, what more can I say.

I will start this review by saying that my purchase from e-bikeshop was not a pleasant experience. In May this year I purchased a bike from e-bikeshop on receipt of the bike I found that it was not suitable so I emailed the shop asking if I could return or exchange for another bike. The bike was packed up and dispatched back the day after receipt under my own expense in the same condition as received by me. When the shop received the bike I received a telephone call from e-bikeshop stating that I was only eligible to receive 60% of the purchase price as they stated that the bike had been used. I had not used the bike only trying it for size (finding it was too big for me). I refused this offer of 60% and it has taken 6 months for me to finally receive a full refund this I had to obtain by going through my credit card company. Caveat emptor

Hi George, Sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. As we have already communicated you ordered a bike from us which was delivered on 2 June. You contacted us the next day & asked to return it stating that it was unused. At the time you said nothing about the size but wanted to exchange it for a completely different model. We received the bike back 11 days later & it was obvious that it had been used. The protective internal packaging had been removed & there were various scuffs & marks on the bike. An attempt had been made to reset all the settings, however the full diagnostic report that we sent to you showed that the bike had been ridden for over 40km. There was also damage to the display bracket, marks & scuffs, chipped paint & stones in the tyres as per the pictures we supplied to you. You then said we had supplied you with an ex-demonstration model which was not the case & we were able to find in our records a copy of the delivery note from the distributors showing that the bike had been delivered to us between the time of your order & the date you required delivery. Due to the condition of the bike on return we could not responsibly sell it to another customer as new & this is the reason why we could not offer you a full refund. Regards E-Bikeshop Team

What a fantastic experience. Martin is really really knowledgeable and gives you individual attention. He is very professional. We went to several mediocre shops before we discovered This excellent shop.

I am not sure about that bad reviewer. Sounds like he has himself a bit confused with another business. E-bike shop were extremely professional and friendly. After calling and visiting I had made my mind up to buy my Haibike from them as no one else seems to have the after sales and benefits available through them. A great business with a very personal touch. Make an appointment and you know you will have 100% of their attention. I cannot recommend these guys enough.
