Yet another use for #sousvide and your #nomiku. Tempering chocolate!
So, after the great chocolate seizing incident of 2009, I decided to learn how to temper chocolate - I'm still a beginner but, the results are now more predictable. More... So, Step 1 is to get a hold of some chocolate. Preferably not finished product since that is already beautifully tempered.
