Rinse peppers. Remove seeds and mince. 2. Peel onion and garlic. Rinse onion and dice. Mince garlic. 3. If using, rinse and chop cilantro leaves. 4. In a medium pot, add peppers, garlic, onion, cider vinegar, and canned tomatoes. Heat mixture over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

The mission of the East Texas Food Bank is to fight hunger and feed hope in East Texas.
Our organization has worked with TAABs for several years and have always been pleased with the quality of work we’ve received. Their professional customer service is exceptional, and they make it a point to be sure we are satisfied with our marketing and branding needs. We look forward to our continued partnership with TAABs in order to fulfill our mission of fighting hunger and feeding hope in East Texas.
