Techo Bloc is one of the leading suppliers of concrete pavers, segmental walls, edging, fire pits, and outdoor ovens.  Of personal interest, is the Borealis product, which looks like real wood.  It is available in a slab, wall, step, and edge.  (Will not rot like those old wall timbers (remember them?)).  Techo Bloc's 2015 digital catalogue can be seen by clicking the following picture.  Share this catalogue with a friend!  And remember, Techo Bloc offers a lifetime warranty on its products!

We get a number of requests to build circular paver patios.  This one was created 11 feet in diameter using two Techo Bloc circle packs and a granite rose compass.  Techo Bloc pavers have a lifetime warranty.  The polymeric joint sand resists weeds and bugs.

Liking the idea that we could build his outdoor shower, our customer asked us if we would rebuild his deck.  New footings were installed.  For the deck surface, we chose Trex composite decking and a Trex composite railing system.  We also added low voltage lighting, with timers, for evening use of the deck.  See the old deck picture with the blue painted decking, prior to demolition.  See the last picture to for the added side trim on the new deck.

As I mentioned February 13th, this year we are offering snow melting systems.  I have attached a couple of expandable diagrams on how it is engineered.

Went to the Techo-Bloc contractor seminar yesterday to learn about new products and some of the latest trends.  New this year is a Blu 60mm 6" x 13" smooth paver, a Blue 45mm smooth concrete overlay system, a 5" x 30" Borealis paver that looks like a decking board, a Baltimore double sided wall, a Prescott double sided wall, and a Venetian step overlay system.  Techo-Bloc pavers are de-icing salt resistant, exceed all American industry standards, and offer a transferable lifetime warranty.  I have 2014 catalogues if you would like to see more.

Getting ready to go out and shovel snow?  Would you like to stay in your house, flip a switch, and melt the snow on your walkway, driveway, stairs, or patio?

If you are familiar with radiant heating systems for your household floors, this technology also exists for your outdoor living and access areas built with concrete pavers or bricks.

New to our services this year, we can install snow melting solutions to save you from shoveling or plowing that excessive snow.  It is economical and competitive when compared to plowing and shoveling.  No more waiting for the plow to come over and do its job.  No more sore muscles and joints.  Just the flick of a switch.

More to come.

Customer wanted a circular patio 13 feet in diameter placed within a sloping terrain.  We used Techo Bloc pavers that have a lifetime warranty for salt resistance, alternated colors in each ring for a more dramatic appearance, and placed a compass rose in the center as a novelty.  The base consists of compacted gravel with polymeric sand used in the joints.  Polymeric sand is a better alternative to sand since it resists bugs and weeds.

In case you are wondering, the compass rose is properly pointing to North, South, East, and West.

We can build this for you in your choice of colors.  Call us for a free estimate.
