These apartments are disgusting infested with roaches and tons of spiders and i would not forget to mention the ants and no matter how many calls you put in and the pest control comes to spray they are still there and jo matter how clean you are seriously, when you mention it they say they come out to die but no their infested and the pest control sucks ive had the toilet flood for no reason at all and them blame it on you also HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PARKING please please please do not attempt to rent here over priced for nasty infested apartments all over inconsistent with getting rid of all the bugs smells like mold and gas are old and need to be updated ive had soo many problems living here ive wanted to get out long ago but was unable to because of contract I will never ever recommend these apartments employees are rude and non friendly as to date 4/2014 these apartments have so many problems would not recommend them at all to pricey for old infested apartments

I agree with the previous review...Eagle ranch sucks. The staff is not at all professional. They never return calls and the office is locked up at random hours. Any maintenance request takes forever to respond. The office keeps making mistakes on accounts. They made it mandatory to have renters insurance and even after I sent a copy of my insurance they charged me the fine and after atleast 10 phone calls and 5 office visits i never got the refund. i had to just give up. I had scheduled a walk through before i leave my apartment to make sure i get my deposit back as i had the apartment cleaned spotlessly. They kept me waiting two hours and never showed up. The surroundings get dirty too as people dont pick up behind their pets. I have lived in quite a few apartments and this is the worst. The other apartments close by like Aspens or cottonwood are way better. horrible service, high rents ,no parking space, doesnt feel safe at night.. not worth it at all. Much better places close by compared to these apartments.

Eagle ranch sucks...they require a deposit that you will never get back no matter how well you clean the apartment...they took my gym deposit when I turned it in and said they are holding it until they check the apartment upon inspection and they will probably take all the deposit and the gym deposit...they will not like it if I see anyone of them on the street...FYI... we will se how it goes.

My experience with Eagle ranch Apartments has been the worst. I have lived in different apartment complex across the US, and this has been the worst. The staff is incompetent , not transparent, they do not disclose the terms and conditions to the tenants, even if you go and ask multiple times the same questions, is always very vague. I would recommend to stay away from this place. Once Im done with this contract, I will be happy to leave and don't ever go back. Stay away. They will give you the wrong information and the day you move you all find a surprise with additional and undisclosed fees. Im very dissapointed with the way untrained, non-qualified individuals with lack of training obviously can mislead you to make the decisions, even if you 100 times. If you have other potential places, I will highly recommend for you not to considered this place.

Thank you for your feedback, Nelson. We understand how frustrating signing a lease can be, and hope you can give us the opportunity to change your opinion about our community. Please feel free to stop by our leasing office or email us directly at eaglemgr@nals.com to address any pending questions you might have. – Thank you, the Eagle Ranch Apartment Team

My boyfriend and I lived here for about seven months but then had to move for his job. We were pretty bummed because Eagle Ranch had just finished a bunch of renovations that made it an awesome place to spend free time. We never had any issues with maintenance or rent in the first place. I felt like the staff there were responsive and when I did have an issue with a neighbor's pet once, they helped resolve it quickly and professionally. Overall it was a nice place. We'd move back there if we were looking in Albuquerque again.

I moved in to these apartments about nine months ago, and I can not wait to leave. I have had problems with ants on a daily basis, and I am very neat and never leave anything out. The leasing office is completely unprofessional, and any time I tell them that I want to talk to the manager, they say she is busy and that she will call me back. I have stopped waiting for that call. They have messed up my lease multiple times. They will charge me one amount, and then call me later to let me know that they made a mistake and that I need to fork over even more money. They did not even give me a copy of my lease. I had to ask for one. These apartments are completely over priced for what you get. Some of the appliences are new, but not luxury like advertised. My washer does not work correctly, I stopped using my garbage disposal because it never works and just gets clogged. The parking is absolutely horrible. I have to pay and extra $60 a month to rent a garage so that I know I can come home late from work and have a place to park. Parking spots are filled by 5pm. People are parking anywhere because this problem is so bad. The management knows about the parking, but they will tow your car anyway if it is not in a parking spot. People do not pick up after their dogs (and in this heat it smells), children are running around screaming at night, and I have also had maintance enter my apartment when I am not home when I did not even call them. I have also seen people try to enter the fitness center or pool when they do not even live here. People are outside working on their cars while their music is blaring. People also drive by with their music baring at midnight. It is so loud you can feel the vibrations on the top floor. These were things that the management said was not aloud while I was signing my lease, however they do not stop people, and I see maintance \outside walking around every so often so they know these things are goin on. The only excuse I get from the management is that they made a mistake. I never get a sorry, or that it will never happen again about any of these things. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. I am constantly seeing people move out of these apartments and I will be next.
