Tasty post workout meal created by one of our awesome clients Hannah - she has shared her inspiration below:

2 tbsp oats
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
Cinnamon

Light pears, Greek yog and a scoop of cashew/vanilla/coconut butter on top :)

Some of you may have been blessed with this yummy treat already, we keep this in the freezer for the odd occasion that the sweet tooth kicks in. Clean alternative to chocolate, melts in the mouth.

Choc Fudge Slice

2 tbsp cocoa powder (Unsweetened)
1 cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup nuts and dried fruit – apricots, goji berries and blueberries

*If you are watching your sugar intake (BioSig Clients - Insulin) then remove the dried fruit altogether.

Directions:

Mix together: nut butter, cocoa powder, almond milk, chocolate protein powder and mixed dried fruits and nuts. If mixture is slightly too stiff add a little more almond milk. Place into a lined tray and spread out evenly. Freeze until set.

Makes approx 12 slices.
