Wondering if a benchmarking software platform is necessary for deployment of a member survey? While data collection is possible outside of a specialized platform, features available through our admin panel, such as reports cataloging outliers or identifying user progress, sure make it a lot easier. Whether membership organizations provide local supports and in person opportunities, or virtual services and online resources, commonalities in early member engagement point to higher retention rates. It seemed that certain well-timed programs aided in this retention, but hard data was not readily available to support this theory. Thus began the creation of the New Member Engagement Study.
