Poor transportation to and from parks as a result of inadequate and often ridiculous dispatching. Back to back buses followed by droughts of 30 minutes or more. They say allow 45 minutes to travel, we found it to be more like 1 hour to an hour and a half. The hotel itself has beautiful grounds tragically ruined by beds and interiors that should have been retired in the early part of last decade. The difference between the left and right side of the bed was about 2" of indent. The sofa bed was almost more comfortable. The pools however are absolutely amazing, as well as the staff.

Completely replaced rotten side deck. Had time constraints so project needed to be done within 2 weeks. Ended up being no issue and was able to move schedule around even for our relatively small project. Could not be happier with the end result and quality.

Rooms were exactly as expected. Very pleased with hotel experience. No complimentary breakfast is a downer, but that is chain wide and not specific to this location.
