Living in South America has allowed me to experiment with a few new ingredients in the kitchen. One of which is rabbit. There is nothing quite like the savory flavors of rabbit to tantalize the taste buds. Couple your rabbit with quinoa, deliciously...

He was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio and attended school at Belmont High School. He is a veteran of the U.S.Army. Chef Dwight has a passion for food. He loves everything about food, from cooking and eating it to discovering new and innovated ways to stimulate the taste buds of the people he cooks for. He is the Owner/Chef of the Poetry Place Catering Company, he also is an accomplished public and motivational speaker who teaches and speaks about life lessons learned through food. He is currently writing a book entitled the “Recipes of Life”, and there are plans to open a BBQ restaurant and Coffee Cafe. His passions outside of cooking are mentoring young men and women who have gotten in trouble with the law, as well as those who desire to rise up out of situations that are normally defeating them. He is an ordained Elder, and has founded a non profit corporation "Men Who Pray Ministries". He learned to cook at an early age while living with his parents and siblings of which he is the eldest child. The love of people and food blend together to create a tapestry of comfort and hospitality which defines this chef, who is called ‘The Anointed Chef’ by his close friends and family.

We went with daughter and her date along with my wife. It took an 1 1/2 hours to get our entrees and they were cold and had to be reheated. I am a chef at a busy private club here in Atlanta that is in the top 10 nationally, and its hard not to be critical of a place that is supposed to be tops in the city. I was disappointed. The steaks are flown in prepackaged and not fabricated on site. I was told this by one of the managers. Steaks that are prime can be easily fabricated on site daily and it would increase the quality. I had a sirloin and it was the worse I have had in a steakhouse. Veggies were good as was desserts. Appetizers were decent as well. They ended up comping our meal. I won't go back anytime soon and I place them in the same heap as Houstons, overrated and in need of help. If you put your name on something, ensure it is up to your exacting standards.

I had an issue with my fuel injection and plugs and coils. They analyzed problem, told me solution, and got it done. My truck rides like new now. I will be dealing with them feom now on. The staff was respectable and very reasonable considering I usually have an issue with mechanics. 5 stars for them and my personal recommendations.

Pizza was hot and ready for us when we walked in the door. I was more than pleased due to time constraints. Pizza appearance was delectable and we will be back for more. By the way it tasted fresh and hot and mmmm good.
