Brew Day!

All grain batch of maibock, 2:1 pils:munich making it a little lighter in color. The decoction mash made the house smell pretty awesome. Fermenting at 55F with WY2112 (leftover from previous). The yeast is a bit of a cheat, but I don't have a real lagering capability.
