You just got the latest handbag on sale and you want to put everything you can think of in it, a week later your neck, shoulders and back are sore and you don't know why. Your trendy new handbag could be too heavy and causing strain and pulling on your muscles. It wouldn't hurt to lighten the load just a little bit!

Plagued by poor posture? Most of us sit at a desk working on a computer all day. The pain in the neck, back and shoulders can be due to improper posture while sitting. Keeping your feet planted flat in front of you, shoulders back and head up can give you some relief almost instantly! If it doesn't get better over time, then maybe its time you come see the Chiropractor!

Hitting the gym is a great way to stay active, shed pounds and  decrease stress. For those who new to exercising regularly the first few weeks can be brutal. Muscles can get sore and tight, and the body can start aching. All of these things are normal and will get better the more you get use to working out. However, if you feel you may have done one too many squats or dead lifts and can't get any relief a sports massage may be a good idea for you. A sports massage can get you back to feeling good and ready to pump some iron!
