We just drove our new car home tonight and couldn't be more pleased! **Neal and Izzy** were there with us every step of the way, and were helpful, patient, informed, and actually made the whole process a lot of fun for us (two first-time car buyers). We really liked how they worked *together* - Izzy was our first contact, but Neal helped us out so that Izzy could spend Memorial Day with her brother who was home from the Marines. Have you heard of car dealers being so supportive of each other? To us, this was one of the signals that Dunning is a different kind of place. They were also able to get us the exact model we wanted with a factory-installed moonroof (when another dealer told us they couldn't do it), at the best price we could find. We did our research, test drove lots of cars, and shopped around - in the end, we chose Dunning and hope you do, too!

Originally, I had a bad experience with Dunning Toyota. However the person I worked with, a Mr. Williams, patched up the situation after hearing my discontent. I appreciate Dunning Toyota's willingness to go out of their way to improve a customer experience.

First time they did a bunch of unnecessary work, it seemed like it was part of the service package I asked for, it was not and they charged me an arm and leg for the services. Second time, I called first to ask the exact price of an oil change before bringing it in, they said they couldn't tell me, put me on hold when I pointed out how absurd it was, and then hung up on me after having me on hold for several minutes. If you are wealthy and foolish this is the place for you. I just scheduled my service with Page Toyota an I am sure the drive is going to be well worth it.

Dear Sarah, Our records indicate the last service on your car was in April 2014. On that service we completed an upgraded 5,000 mile oil change included a Toyota Certified 27 multi point inspection, fuel injector cleaning, replaced cabin air filters and completed an open recall (paid by Toyota). The total amount you were responsible for was under $80.00. If you feel you were over charged or you’re not happy with our services, feel free to call me. We were so delighted with the service that we got From Dave S. when we were in to buy our Avalon. He took his time to make sure we got the perfect vehicle for us. We test drove so many cars, and he was so knowledgeable about them all. When we decided on the Avalon, he made sure that we knew exactly how to work everything, and helped to get us an incredible deal. I can't say enough about the professional, knowledgeable and friendly service that we got from Dave, and from Dunning. I would, and have, recommended him to everyone I know getting a car.

I've been buying Toyotas from Dunning Toyota since 1971! My newest is a 2015 Highlander, and I love it. All 8 of my cars have been serviced there, I've never considered going anywhere else. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm impressed that there are some employees that have been working there for so long.

My husband and I bought our Subaru Legacy Wagon back in February, and we worked with Zach Dunning. He was so helpful in finding the right car for us, and we got a great deal on our car. I bought a "Certified" Toyota Camry from these liars. One of the "Certified" items was the rear defrost. Three months later, when the first frost arrived, it was not working--somehow it had been scraped and damaged from the inside. I have no children or pets. The back seat had never even been sat in during these three months. When I took it back the service manager he told me to take a hike. I paid a premium for a dealer "Certified" vehicle and not only did Dunning Toyota not check (certify) that all of the listed in their sales literature were functioning, they did not honer their promise. It cost $350.00 to repair and as far as I'm concerned they stole this money from me. I live in Ann Arbor and I tell everyone about theses liars and thieves.

John, if there's anything we can do in the future for any of your vehicles or any comments or feedback on current matters, please don't hesitate to reach out. My husband and I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Dunning Toyota. We had a great experience. Dave S. was our sales person and he took the time to help us find the right fit vehicle for us. We will certainly be returning customers.
