Very friendly people that want to help you in anyway they can. Setting up an oil change was quick and painless. They're always very busy. Would recommend scheduling ahead if you need something done.

I am not a very difficult nor demanding client but found Damie (sales agent), Kat and Guy to all be very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I left with a Prius V and I'm really happy with their service and my purchase. Oh! And I was also thrilled to hear that this Toyota facility has met high standards of environmental sustainability, that's beautiful 😊

My wife and I came here to purchase a minivan and felt the salesman was very uninformed and did not know anything about the vehicle. He had us walk to the vehicle in the freezing cold. We asked him for pricing and for him to follow up and he never did. We went back to see what the issue was and he just forgot. He brought us the pricing and it was a pathetic offer. My wife and I walked out and will not go back.

We bought a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic from here with 16k miles on it. Neal helped us take care of all the paperwork and he was super helpful when talking over the phone prior to the visit. He was very sweet the entire time and reassuring about financing. It came out to be 6.59% financing which I wasn't super happy with, but my husband and I are recently married and we are young. The wonderful lady (not able to remember her name, but she was pregnant!) saw that we had decent credit scores and it was able to get it lowered by 2% and we didn't even have to ask her. They were both fun to talk to and they made us feel comfortable. The only con I would say is that we were super pushed into getting gap insurance, which can be cancelled at any time.

When you visit this dealership, please ask for Beth Bashert. That is the only person who I trust to deal with at this dealership. She is an amazing individual who truly cares about the customer. She wont play BS games with you, she will keep you informed, and get you the best deal. NO BS INVOLVED. Truth be told, the dealership is overpriced at times, but its a dealership, they are in business to make money. Find a good sales person who will treat you well, and help you get the best deal. Do your research.

Stay Away! I suggest people steer clear of this Dealer for purchasing a car The service department is good but the sales department is as terrible as it gets. The sales people are simply there to push cars. Once you buy it and drive it off the lot they treat you like crap when you have an issue. It's "a take the money and run" operation. Furthermore they won't respect resale values of Toyota's - they want to screw you on your old car and screw you on your new car. What's amazing is this was my 4th purchase of a Toyota from Dunning. Yes 4. There is clearly no customer loyalty at Dunning any longer. Its all about them - they have no loyalty to you. For me I bought a 2017 Tacoma. This thing has serious transmission issues that are well documented on the web. Dunning's answer - it's within spec! In other words your screwed. Additionally they said - hey we are glad to sell you another vehicle but we will only give you 75% of what you paid us. Really? And to top it off the VP (John) that posts on these reviews won't even return my call. He is part owner of Dunning and it's clear he does not give a crap about business. He is just happy taking my 40k and blowing off the customer. So advice to all. This dealer is as bad as they come for sales. Service department is still ok. Stay away for purchasing a car. Go to the other local dealers for respect - you won't get it at Dunning.

The mark of an excellent car service facility is how they resolve customer service issues when they arise. Dunning has always provided excellent service for both our Toyota and Subaru vehicles. At our most recent service, an honest misunderstanding arose with respect to the price of a particular job (a/c service). When I touched based with Woody, the service director, his primary concern was ensuring resolution of the matter in a way that seemed fair and just; a mutually satisfactory resolution was reached. It is unusual these days to find a dealership whose primary concern is long term business relationships and customer satisfaction rather than maximizing profits. If you are looking for an ethical dealer that provides very good service to its customers, I recommend Dunning Toyota (and Subaru).
