Residents of the Manor building:

Last night in the middle of the night a clean cold water line snapped in an apartemnt on the 4th floor. It flooded that apartment and hallway and the subsequent floors below. We called out the emergency water extractor who extracted water for several hours.
In the next few days you may find water seeping from the walls or floorboards.
Please just wipe up, but if you find wet carpet please contact us to get picked up.

We plan on going into all affected units starting Monday to see what paint repairs are needed. We apologize for this inconvenience and are moving quickly to get things repaired. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

Many of our pet friendly communities feature pet parks or pet stations but ultimately it is the pet owner’s responsibility to #pickupafteryourpet. Help keep your community clean and report violators to the management team. Thank you!

It's difficult to write a short review but here are some highlights of my 2 years experience of living at Dunleith Towers in the north building: -Cockroaches, lots of cockroaches, big ones. -Flooded kitchen, twice. Sewage backup -Uncontrollable, unbearable radiant heat. Slept with windows open in January -Elevators broken on a regular basis, used the stairs a lot -Brown water came out of faucet on occasion -All appliances are micro versions of the real thing. All at least 20 years old, probably 30. Ironically, I don't regret living here. Living in a horrible place builds a lot of character and makes me appreciate the place that I live currently.

This is by far the worst place to possibly live! I don't even know where to begin. When we first moved in our light in the "dining room" didn't work and our bathroom sounded like a train station! We had the "handy man" come try and fix it probably 5 times until it finally overflowed into our rooms and they replaced it. The water has been shut off multiple times, one time lasting 3 days. The heating is central air, meaning you can't even control it from in your unit... so it's either really hot or really cold. If your even an hour late on your rent, the feel is automatically $200!! You have no choice in whether or not they show your apartment, they just do. The pools that were supposed to stay open during the winter and be heated never did and during the summer at least one of them is green. The parking is $50 a month... such a rip off! Also the washer and driver that cost $3 a load doesn't even dry your clothes! Before I moved in I read all the bad reviews about this place, and just ignored them because I wanted to live on the Plaza. Living here was the worst decision I have ever made.

Awful management. I constantly had something broken in my apartment (went an entire summer without A/C once- all the while management insisting that nothing was broken). I've since moved out and after 6 months, have still not gotten my security deposit back or even as much as a phone call or email back about where my check is. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

If you're looking at the price of these apartments, remember that "You get what you pay for." My wife and I are current residents and have had nothing but problems on a weekly basis. The air conditioning broke three times during last summer's heat wave, now the heat is uncontrollably warming our apartment beyond tolerable and the AC has apparently been turned off to the entire building so we cannot do anything about it. We live on the 8th floor and of the two elevators, one has never worked and the other breaks routinely. When asked to address these sorts of issues, the management is extremely dismissive and confrontational. They will give a generic, "We'll take care of it," reply, but when asked specifically about what happened, how it is actually being addressed (as opposed to the many bandaid attempts I've seen) or a timeframe for repair, they immediately become rude and have hung up the phone on me multiple times for asking those reasonable questions. They illustrate their apathy by putting it back on the tenants. When my AC was broken, their reply was "Open your windows." Last week, they told me to use the stairs since the elevator was broken. These of course are obvious things to do, but coming from management, they illustrate a total failure to take property maintenance seriously. The point is that I don't pay full price and on time to live with broken elevators and AC, but the management of this property seems completely unable to recognize their contractual and ethical obligations to their tenants. The corporate entity that owns the property is "Trinity Property Consultants," but they are a shady and unreachable organization who have failed to return multiple messages that I have left both at their main office in California, and their regional office in Denver. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.

I love my apartment at Dunleith Towers. The only problem I have ever had was that someone let a stranger into the building. He knocked on my door and it turned out to be the Schizophrenic son of a friend of mine. His dad had brought him to my apartment one time. I had to ask him to leave, but he could have bothered any number of my neighbors. It's just lucky he remembered my apartment number, and that he is not prone to violence, but he is a 38-year old man with the mind of a 9-year old. Not someone you'd want wandering the halls of your apartment building uninvited.

I personally haven't lived here. But I hear really bad things. Not a good rep to have.
