The walls are really thin, allowing us to hear conversations through the wall, keeping us up all night. The hotel was nice on the outside, but we found a pink toy Spider and a dirty sock in our room left here by the previous guest. The pools were nice, and the staff was amazing and very helpful! I appreciate customer service that is not full of judgements! I enjoyed my experience with the staff. Thicken the walls.

When we checked in, we were told that due to booking issues we received an upgrade. I thought this was going to be a good thing, but it wasn't. We got to the room and the toilet was broken. To their credit, maintenance came and fixed the issue quickly. The room itself was very nice, with high ceilings, a fireplace and a hot tub. However, the back door overlooked a busy street and didn't particularly block any noise at all. It sounded like freight trucks and racing cars all day and night. The other end of the room was located directly above the conference room which houses the continental breakfast for the entire hotel. The conversation noise didn't much reach the room, but the door on the conference room had an overactive hydraulic system and would slam shut every time anyone walked in. Literally every 30 seconds from 7 am - 9 am a loud slam could be heard/felt in our room. Lastly, the tv in the room had picture quality like something out of 1995. No doubt that the price was attractive, but now I see why. For my money, I would rather pony up another $50-$75 per night to avoid this place again.

Best value hotel in charming Healdsburg, located only 5 minutes from Sonoma! My now husband and I wanted to spend the day in Sonoma and enjoy/stay that evening in the quaint town of Healdsburg. We did not want to spend over $200 for our room, so we decided to try out the Best Western. I was extremely satisfied! It allowed us to use our money towards the wineries and a very nice dinner that evening in downtown Healdsburg. It was clean, safe, the beds were very comfortable!

For the price and what you are expecting from a Best Western, this place is outstanding. The mini fridge isn't stocked with bullshit you aren't interested in buying, but instead has plenty of space. The room was a standard, and had a bathtub with jets in it. The grounds are beautiful and pretty classy looking. Also, free internet allowing me to write this review; however, I'm also a little drunk.

Excellent, friendly service from all of the staff. Nice clean room and a great location, just blocks away from the tasting rooms and shops in Healdsburg.

Don't understand the reviews complaining about noise. No issues myself. Great deal- quite inexpensive.
