Here is your weekly Android news recap! Have a great weekend, folks!

#Android
Another week in the books here at DL. It was a news-filled week, though, with Google making Project Fi official, us posting up our long overdue HTC One M9 review, and Sony quietly unveiling the Xperia Z4. In other news, we took a dive into Google Contributor, Verizon announced new changes to ...

Plenty of games and apps on sale currently through Google Play. The Room Two for just $0.49, anyone? How about Leo's Fortune for $1? Not bad at all.

#Android #Apps #Deals
This week, a massive list of games and apps are on sale for just $1 through Google Play, a few of which I think some of you should already own. For starters, you can grab Leo's Fortune for $0.99, which is an awesome platformer, plus grab The Room Two for $0.59. If you like escape games, ...

As of right now, this is the best deal you will find on an unlocked Galaxy S6 Edge.

#android   #galaxys6   #galaxys6edge   #deal
Been on the hunt for an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that works on T-Mobile or AT&T, but isn't outrageously priced? A current deal running over at eBay may be your best option at the moment. Priced at $799 for the 32GB model, you have the choice of either Sapphire Black or White Pearl, ...

Google apologies for the peeing Bugdroid in Maps...removed it as well.

#android   #apple
The peeing party is over. Google has apologized for this morning's Google Maps action that involved their Android mascot relieving itself on the Apple logo. According to a statement released to the Washington Post, Google is “sorry for the inappropriate user-created content” found on Maps, ...

The process to create the LG G4's leather backs sounds intense. LG lets us in on it in a new post.

#android   #lgg4
On April 28, the world will be officially introduced to the G4 from LG. Even though we are seeing the device and almost all of its features thanks to LG and a set of promos they are running for various features of the device, we still have yet to see the G4 as a whole.

Galaxy S6 goes 3rd person to describe itself. Awkward, kind of funny, kitties.

#android   #galaxys6   #galaxys6edge
To say that Samsung's promotional videos for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge have been “wild” is probably a bit of an understatement. From unboxings that lead into parkour outings or helicopter escapes from the bad guys, Samsung is kind of all over the place. That's not to say that these ...

Haha...I don't know why this image is in Google Maps, but there is some form of comedy in it.

#android   #apple   #googlemaps
Ahahah…ahahaha… Someone on the Google Maps team might have a little explaining to do to someone this morning. Hopefully, they get only a little wrist slap or are forced to take a shot of Fireball for their actions, but yes, the images you see here are actually in Maps.

Hey, the Xperia Z3 is back at T-Mo! And for just $499!

#android   #xperiaz3
The Sony Xperia Z3 randomly showed back up on T-Mobile's online shop this week after disappearing nearly a month ago without notice. Not only has the device returned, but it can be had for just $499 without a contract or broken out into monthly payments as low as $20.

Verizon shuffled its More Everything plans again, dropped 10GB to $80, brought back 15GB $100.

#android   #verizon
Back in February, Verizon did a big re-shuffling of its More Everything data plans that included the introduction of a bunch of new tiers, $10 discounts on many, and slight increases on a few. This morning, they did another big shuffling that wiped out many of those new plans, brought back ...

Introduction
We have this little obsession with Android super devices that find their way onto U.S. networks. Can't explain it, but it's a hell of a lot of fun to do.
