Awesome! I love the look of that thing but it's a bit pricy for me. I just got a Yuneec Q500 4K but I've run into the same trouble with the weather. I've had it a week and a half and it hasn't left the ground.

Okunoin, situated in Koya-san, is an incredible place, and truly deserves to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The sprawling graveyard is situated amidst an ancient forest, the main path through it leading to the mausoleum of the monk Kukai. There is a peaceful silence here, and the trees filter the light in a way that creates an ethereal feeling.

Toward the end of my journey through Japan, I took a day trip from Tokyo to Kamakura to visit Kotoku-in and see The Great Buddha there. I had only planned to stay for an hour or two and then explore the city, but I was so enthralled by the statue o fBuddha and the sakura that I spent the whole day photographing the grounds, and reflecting on my trip through Japan.

It's hard to believe that this ancient forest can be growing in the middle of a sprawling metropolis like Tokyo. There was a light, misty rain the day I was visiting Meiji Shrine, so I had my camera tucked into my jacket most of the time. Looking back, I saw a line of light up the center of the path and thought it was really neat, and managed to catch these people lined up across the path.

Fukuoka Stroll in Spring#

Having a few hours until checkin at my hostel, I set off to explore the Hakata ward of Fukuoka.  As I was walking, taking in all the architecture foreign to me, I looked down one of the cross streets and the universe threw this awesome street lined with plum blossoms at me.

I was stuck in a crowd of people near Kiyomizu-dera when I looked up and saw the first real maiko of my trip, I had to use my phone to snap a shot.

Being from South Florida, I don't get to experience a real Spring season. Having just arrived in Fukuoka, I dropped my bags off at my hostel and set out to explore the city. The sun was out, and there was a cool, crisp wind blowing through the city streets. I came across this street lined with plum blossoms. I must have walked up and down the street 5 times, taking in the colors, and snapped this shot of a gentleman strolling down the street.
