Dream Machines is AWESOME. Tom and Rudy were great. I think the guys name in service was Joe, he was very helpful as well. I went in one day after realizing I spend more on gas per month in my Dodge Durango Hemi, then I would if I bought a bike, insured it, and filled it up too. So I was a quick buyer. I went in for a specific bike, Tom informed me that he was already selling it and directed me to another that they just took in from auction. I liked both of the bikes, so I worked a deal out with Tom and bought it within something like 3 days time. Financing was quick, rate was good, no brainer. None of what had happened up until this point was really exceptional. Just what you would expect when you buy a motorcycle from a used dealer. Without all of the pressure. Well, a few days go by, and the rain hits. I didn't ride for three days. Got back to my bike, and it wouldn't turn over, wouldn't crank, nothing. So I went to auto zone to test it. Battery was good. Hm.. Then i noticed my speedometer(aftermarket, but came with the used bike) wouldn't turn off when i powered down the bike). Turns out the speedo was broken. Dream machines replaced it quickly for me! and even *gave* me a plug in battery charger!, That's right they gave it to me. I know they only cost like 40 bucks or so... but they still gave it to me. The deal was good. The level of service was AWESOME. and I got some freakin' free stuff. All the while everyone who I contacted always replied quickly (especially Tom, who I bugged a lot! Sweet. Thanks Tom (sales) Rudy(finance) and Joe?(service) for being excellent. I love my bike.

Bought my first Harley Davidson from Dream Machines of Austin. I saw it online and spoke to Tom and Rudy over the phone. They were awesome in helping me get financed. I drove in to Round Rock from out of town and they had the bike all ready to go for me. Smooth transaction all the way around. The bike was even better than the pictures showed and they took good care of me while I was there. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a bike from these guys.

great place to buy a bike. My husband bought a bike from there and than two days later so did his father. And than our brother in-law bought one too. great prices on great bikes. the only thing i can probably say negative was that my husband bought his bike in november and in february he wanted to trade it in on a different bike and they offered him way less than what he paid for it, even though we had done a bunch of upgrades. no hard feelings by any means though because they really are amazing people and sell amazing clean bikes. and my husband loved the fact that all the bikes had prices and that you could just browse and sit on them without being pressured. great experience and great people. thank you Dream Machines for giving us a lifetime of memories on the great bike we own!!!! you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought my first and only bike about a month ago at Dream Machines of Austin. I bought a 2000 Road King with 28K miles and completely loaded with add ons, I could not be happier, it runs great and is super clean. The process was was easy, the people were great to work with. Craig Sweeden was the sales rep and he was easy to deal with, knowlegable, and a great guy. I have reccomended all my buddies to drop by and check out their inventory. I had one or two minor issues with the bike when I got it home, called Craig, and was told to take it back to them. They replaced what needed to be fixed with new parts and in record time at no charge. A real class act group of people, and a great place to do business. If you are looking for a clean, used bike, do yourself a favor and go by Dream Machines of Austin and ask for Craig.

Why do I patronize Dream Machines of Austin? #1 I am allowed to shop with as little or as much assistance as I want from the employees. We have worked with Eric on two bike purchases. Yes he wants to make a sale, but no he will never attack or hover! I would call him a facilitator more than a "salesman." #2 All their bikes are smoking deals. Many used bikes are priced below retail value, giving you more value as well as offering a 90 day limited warranty on most AND excellent quality. Try getting that on Craigslist. Lastly, if for some strange reason they don't have want you want at the Austin location or any Dream Machine locations - a little patience will pay off. Their inventory is CONSTANTLY changing. Heck just perusing the website inventory and even going in - from one day or one week to the next you will be surprised at all the new toys you need to read about and perhaps touch. Very rarely do I commit as a customer for life. Typically one little thing will cause me to shop around. But as long as they - #1 don't pressure, but inform. #2 Offer great values and quality #3 have a vast selection. I haven't any reason to shop anywhere else. Dream Machines of Austin, Eric and the Cundiff's are "in a relationship!"

I found a bike I liked on the Dream Machines website back in October 2013. I live over 500 miles from Dream Machines and was hesitant about buying a bike online. John(Salesman) made the process extremely easy and I was even able to finance through them. I have spoken to Dave(Service Mgr) and Nick (GM). Everyone I have spoken with has been kind and very helpful. I would buy from them again. Thanks again to Dream Machines and thank you again Nick! ps. Do yourself a favor and do purchase extended warranty!! Tony T

well,...... i dropped the bike off to be looked at before the warranty ran out, for a starter issue,...after a week there, they told me that the grinding sound i heard, when you started the bike, was common for the 2xxx road king i bought,...(what?),,,,and said they could not fix it, till it completely broke something...first time ever hearing something like that, and when i picked it up, and brought it home, it was missing the inspection sticker and a palm rest that was on the bike, when i took it there. now i know someone there took them, 'cause i took the dream machine license plate trim off, and used one that i had, and when i got it back, it had another dream machines trim on it, this was the week before the rot rally. i guess the shop manager, thinks everyone is a idiot when you don't look like a biker....

We have tried every way to contact this customer and correct the situation, but since we have no record of this customer its hard to verify this is a true statement. With that said please contact me directly and I will be sure to make things right. Nick Schittone General Manager 512-735-5151

I had been looking for a nice Harley to purchace and while looking I came across Dream Machines of Austin's website and found a variety of bikes that they had for sale. I called them about a certain bike they had and was very impressed with the quality if their costumer service. I worked with Craig and he was just great to work with. He gave me all the information for the bike (no bs) and assured me that the bike was excellent. It was a great experience working with Craig and Dream Machines of Austin and I would highly recommend them to anyone on the market for a bike.
