Got Sunday plans? You do now!
Athletes vs. Epilepsy is a donation-only all-levels yoga class held by Erin Monast, of Exton Yoga.
Erin's six year old daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy right before her second birthday. All proceeds will go to the Epilepsy Foundation. We are so excited for this event, and we hope you'll join us on the mats (and don't forget to wear purple!).

When: This Sunday, November 19 from 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM

Where: Dragon Gym Exton (267 S. Whitford Road, Exton, PA; 6103637575).
Registration: MUST RSVP by Friday, November 14! Register here.

What does "all-levels" mean?
At Exton Yoga, we welcome everyone from the most seasoned yogi to someone who has never unrolled a mat. For this event we will have Teacher Trainers walking around giving assists and modifications. We suggest you come early if you have any specific questions!

Questions? Contact Exton Yoga at extonyoga@gmail.com or join the FB event and post your questions in the discussion here.

Hope to see you there!
