Is your reputation management limited to just Facebook and Twitter? +DragonSearch's +Jacques Bouchard gives some great examples of the importance of reputation management beyond the major social networks.

Great updates as always, Barry.  Pretty upsetting about the rich snippet reduction, given how difficult it is to get dev to implement the microdata for them. Thanks so much, and have a great time in Israel!

SEO that was widely accepted in the past, like link authority sculpting or paid links, was adopted by many SEO agencies that lacked long-term vision but still were able to deliver results on the short term. Additionally, many SEO improvements "degrade" over time in the absence of an SEO, as developers fail to maintain the improvements (or accidentally roll back the improvements) over time.

This is great -- a huge timesaver to have this automated for us. :-)

The impact of #PPC extends far beyond last-touch revenue generated. Multi-touch attribution, for any type of online marketing or paid advertising, should be an essential part of any marketer’s tool-set in 2015. Find out why in the latest +DragonSearch blog post by +James Kravic.

Even if you have site search set up, how do you track the queries that returned no search results? Luckily, +DragonSearch has +Chris Berkley to explain how to set up Google Tag Manager to track those search terms that your visitors couldn't find.

Great to see that 307-redirect capability in place. Many companies miss out on that opportunity or don't understand/appreciate the nuances of it.

The success of your digital marketing campaign is in the hands of your digital marketing company, that is, if you let them use their expertise. +DragonSearch's +Ralph Legnini explains with this useful analogy.

DragonSearch gets 5 stars from Pinkerton! We have been working with Dragon for over a year and are consistently impressed with the level of dedication and expertise they provide to us. We view our Dragon team as an extension of us and not only thank them for treating our historic brand as if it is their own but congratulate them on their impeccable client support and commitment to truly understanding their client and delivering best-in-class SEO and SMM services. On behalf of Pinkerton, I am pleased to say that we cannot recommend DragonSearch or our Dragon team leaders, +jasonwhite and +paulrakov highly enough.

DragonSearch's approach to integrated marketing and focus on process/results is what separates them from other SEO & Social Media marketing agencies. The folks at DragonSearch are an outstanding team, creative and easy-to-work with. They work from a ‘goal-driven strategy’, evaluating a client’s business strengths and weaknesses and then develop a plan that will target and meet business goals. I’ve worked with Ric and Eta (DragonSearch's leadership) for years now and have been impressed with their dedication to invest in the company’s health, culture and in building a strong professional team. I trust them with our website and marketing efforts and recommend them to anyone needing a team that's ready to collaborate and make good things happen.

Love working with the crew. Ralph, Josepf, Ric and the others have helped me: 1. Increase site traffic 2. Make the switch to a more effective platform 3. Create a conversion rate optimization strategy 4. Improve my companies Facebook presence/strategy 5. By being flexible and adapting/accommodating to my changing needs. I really feel the power and presence of a team with help and they are very responsive. I highly recommend these folks and use them to help my clients too. Going with these guys was a smart decision.

I've worked with other supposed SEO gurus. I paid them a ton of money and received no value whatsoever. That's one reason why I'm so thrilled with the excellent work and value I received from the folks at Dragon. Ric, Jason and Adam were professional throughout the entire project. More than that, they took the time to really understand my needs and focus. Then they went above and beyond to do an in depth analysis of my new website. They even fixed some development issues that were left over from the deployment. Not part of their project assignment but they did it anyway. Their SEO analysis and recommendations for me deserve five stars ++++. The work was thorough, thoughtful and went way beyond what I'd expected or asked them to do. They gave me some new ideas, pinpointed some area that were causing me problems and basically did an OUTSTANDING job. I will hire them again, and again. And you should hire them too! I can't say enough great things about the people and their work.

We have been working with Dragonsearch for years now. Have nothing but good things to say about the company and the people that have worked on our account. It's nice to be able to hand off this work to a team we trust. Then we can concentrate on helping our customers not finding more ... since Dragonsearch is getting that done! They have handled both our SEO and PPC well.

Our company paid DragonSearch $6300 to perform SEO services for our website over a period of 3 months ($2100/mth). We were very unhappy with the services performed and sent many emails back and forth of which I still have available to me as evidence. We stopped working with them and they told us we had a credit for certain hours to be used when our new website was done. We asked for a refund instead and they told us no. When the new site was done, we asked them to work on it for SEO and at least try and get something from the $6300 we had paid. I was coordinating with one of their tech guys (Ralph) who explained what they planned to do with the remaining hours we had as a credit (again, all of this documented in email). I researched what they planned on doing and I learned that what they planned to do was effective years ago, but no longer effective. I asked them why they were using those methods in an email and I was told that is their method and that if I had further questions to reach out to his supervisor (Josepf). Josepf ignored my emails for about three weeks, and then finally wrote back with an email that skirted the main issue and did not address my concerns. I persisted in trying to get a solution worked out or a refund of the money we had paid, and was ignored again. I recently reached out to the owner of the company and sent him a detailed list of every correspondence between me and his employees. He (Rick) basically told me that the emails I sent were too long to read, and that he has his own email proof of how things went down and that there was nothing else they were going to do and he doesn't see what they did wrong. I wrote back and said that I'd sent him ALL the email correspondence and was shocked at his attitude towards the matter given that I too am a business owner and would have handled things in a different matter if I'd learned my employees had wronged a customer. Not only were their SEO reccomendations innacurate from the other research we found, but they actually did harm to our site. They reccomended certain things to put as the focus for our homepage which we had to pay a lot of money to a programmer and designer to put together only to learn that what they had us do did absolutely nothing for SEO value (putting pictures of our product as the main focus of our page for example). We now have to redesign everything and are out not only the $6300 we paid to Dragon Search, but also the money to rebuild the site (again) because of the poor recommendations we received from them.
