We need to start doing things differently. Workers actually have ideas about improving work, so why do we not involve and engage them?

Why is it that people simply take my copyrighted and trademarked intellectual property and use it like they own it, stripping off any copyright notification? It is SO easy to ask me for permission to use it, and all I generally want is attribution and a link to my own works.

I should get a new lawyer to make a living with lawsuits.

This one is Brazil, with no apparent place to make a comment or ask for correction.

I shared some ideas for involving and engaging people in a workshop situation in a new blog post. I anchored the thoughts to the idea of, "Mining as much gold as we can," but used a simple sharing framework to build accountability and commitment. It is a basic Facilitation 101 kind of tool, but one that people might find adaptable to any and all situations involving people and performance.

Is what we are doing for teambuilding actually BUILDING teams or are we simply having fun and doing team bonding? Your thoughts would be great on my new website, www.teambuilding.sucks

We need to improve what we are doing and quit wasting time and money on things with no impact.
