3 seats still remain for the next Beginning Meditation Series...

We will meet on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 9:00pm for 5 consecutive weeks beginning March 1st.

If you know anyone that might have interest in cultivating the benefits of building or expanding a meditation practice, please forward this along!

--This series is a great way to develop or expand personal meditation practice and begin to cultivate the benefits of slowing thoughts, calming the nervous system and beginning to explore the mind on a deeper level.

--The purpose of this practice is to foster greater self-acceptance, compassion and awareness, all the while improving health by reducing daily stress and working toward eliminating emotional reactivity.

--Research supports that a regular meditation practice speeds the process of psychotherapy, improves physical health—fighting illness and disease and reduces the effects of normal age-related mental decline.

This is a very small group, which will improve the personalized attention and allow for questions and shared feedback.
The cost for all 5 weeks is just $215!
