Epsom salt, a natural exfoliant and anti-inflammation aid, can help you make many things, including tile cleaner, hair volumizer, and bath crystals. More importantly, it can be used to treat dry skin, sore muscles, small wounds and even fight illness.

Hi Dr. Ozp,
I use Epson Salt sometimes as an anticeptic to help with itch I get from eczema. Do you have any other suggestions that could help take away the scareing as a result of the eczema? Except bleaching or make up both Too harsh, my skin is sinsetive to fragrance, acids, and bleaches.

Being able to take a walk down memory lane is always a treasured experience. In that vein, I wanted to share some #VintageOz classics from the past. For more old favorites from the "Oz Vault", tune in to OWN; back-to-back episodes from Season 4 of "The Dr. Oz Show" air every weekday at 6am EST. I'm so happy to be working with my good friend Oprah Winfrey again! http://bit.ly/1kHz9S2

For many people, fast-food is a guilty pleasure. I enlisted the help of chef and author Todd Wilbur to remake some of favorite fatty orders into #OzApproved dishes. Take a look.

Hydrating is one of the best things you can do for your body. But if you're looking for a more flavorful way to get your H2O, try adding fruits, veggies, or herbs. Not only will they provide a delicious boost, they may help relieve some of your biggest health complaints.
