Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see destination in Tanzania. At 19km wide with a surface of 264 sq km- it is one of the largest unbroken calderas in the world that isn’t a lake. There’s a plethora of wildlife activity within the crater. Why you may ask? Water is abundant here. Permanent springs, as well as rivers and streams fed by run off from the crater rim forests supply the crater.

Not your typical boy scouts! The San are bushmen people who’ve called the Kalahari their home for over a millennia.

Mt. Kilimanjaro is an absolute must-see in Tanzania. Picture the thrill of standing at the very top and watching the sunrise over the waking plains. Totally worth climbing muddy slopes, rocky trails and slippery scree- right?

There is no Down side to working with Down Under Endeavours! The people are friendly and knowledgeable, The experience level of the areas you travel is off the charts. The packages they put together for you are fun, adventurous and tailored to exactly what you like to do. I can say that because I have traveled the world 4 times with Down Under Endeavours. Every trip was a trip of a lifetime!

OK, to be clear, I have never taken a trip with Down Under Endeavours. OK, we got that out of the way. BUT . . . I have known Corrinne and Doug for years and they have only ever exhibited a stand-up, totally honest, utterly count-on-'em-when-you-need-'em mentality. They host numerous Happy Hours at their way cool River North office, donate to worthy causes, and are constantly researching what's great for their clients. Close friends have taken trips to Southern Africa and Australia and they returned simply shaking their head with the utter luxury they were placed in. How well organized the trip was and how they were connected with the locals to see the proverbial 'behind the scenes'. So, for what this personal recommendation is worth, you can't go wrong with DUE. Have fun! Patrick Shaughnessy San Francisco, CA

Just got back from my Honeymoon in Australia, and what a wonderful trip that was planned by Down Under Endeavours! From the start they provided us with great information on how to structure our trip. Emily was always there to answer our questions and all the suggestions for restaurants we received were amazing! I would highly recommend their services if you are wanting to plan a trip Down Under :)

what a wonderful golfing holiday down under endeaours arranged for my husband and I. As a travel agent I tried putting this all together and was so frustrated that I almost decided the trip wasn't worth it. Doug and company arranged everything from car rentals, to tee times to great hotels in New Zealand, Australia and Tasmania...... First class all the way. Thank you so much. We are even going back this year! Cissy and Dan LeGear, St. L9ouis

After 2 big overseas trips crafted by Down Under Endeavours, I am really looking forward to my 3rd with them in 2015! Your trip is especially 'yours' - they are creating your trip by matching your vacation interests with the right locations, services and experiences...and they can do this because of their own extensive experiences visiting and/or living Down Under. Truly a blessing to have such knowledgeable, caring staff to handcraft every little detail of your dream vacation!

Down Under did a fabulous job organizing our trip to New Zealand. All the hotels were perfect and the excursions were great. We loved the Hermitage Hotel at Mt Cook, the Peppers in Queenstown and the Jet boating up the Dart River the best. My only regret is there is ever enough time in New Zealand to do everything!
