For as long as I can remember I've hated circuses, because of the way they treat animals. I remember going to one with my family to one and coming away disgusted. The trainers were getting all of the praise while the poor beasts were just reacting to the whips being snapped at them.

Here's a story of one such animal that - however it happened - was released from 13 years of concrete circus captivity and into an environment where he finally got to experience the joy of grass and dirt for the first time.

I'm not one to anthropomorphize animals but I can't help getting the sense that this guy is showing us pure joy in his new environment.

Clearly, I've slacked off on doing my kegels.

We had a Round Table discussion about this week's episode of #NCIS.  Maybe you have some thoughts on it?  Come check it out, and give us your answers too!
When a bomb planted in a guitar amp kills two men, the NCIS team is called in to investigate - only to discover it wasn't meant for the people who died. In fact, it wasn't meant to kill anyone at all.

Meanwhile, Jimmy Palmer gets the news that the adoption birth mother has gone into labor. Little does he realize that, after giving birth, she would decide to keep the baby, breaking Jimmy and Breena's heart in the process.

What did our panelists +Christine Orlando, David Taylor and +Doug Wolfe think about all of these developments on #NCIS Episode 17?

Gather around and find out in our TV Fanatic discussion here: http://www.tvfanatic.com/2014/03/ncis-round-table-rock-and-a-hard-place

Watching and reviewing a new episode of #NCIS tomorrow night. Meanwhile, here is our Round Table discussion of the last episode. Enjoy!
On "Dressed to Kill," Tony's father arrived in town with some important news for his son - and also to help this +CBS drama celebrate its 250th installment.

#NCIS Episode 16 opened with Tony shooting and killing a man in a dark alley. This gave Tony senior a stark view of the dangers his son faces on a regular basis.

How did our Round Table feel about Tony senior? What about Special Agent Eugene Coyle, the man assigned to investigate Tony's gunning down of the man in Navy uniform? Panelists +Christine Orlando and +Doug Wolfe break it all down.

Gather around and join in the discussion now! http://www.tvfanatic.com/2014/03/ncis-round-table-dressed-to-kill

This is me, five minutes after getting instructions from someone - anyone - via phone. And about two minutes after someone tells me their name.

I can confirm that this is not a picture of Bobby DeNiro hunting for Rob Ford's tickle spot.

Friends, check out this guy. I liked his work so much I bought one of his prints. He does some amazing work with light.
*Fuel Stop"

The movie set gas station just down the road from the movie set motel, which can be seen on the background at the left edge of the frame.  This complex is referred to now as "Club Ed", in honor of it's first caretaker.

Not much history to report here; it's just a movie set from a 1990 Dennis Hopper film called "Eye of the Storm".  It has been used for several other shoots over the years since, most recently seen in a Viagra commercial.

Night, CTO-gelled X2000 flashlight.

Here's my review of last night's Criminal Minds.  Less gore - more head-scratching puzzles. Just the way I prefer it, for sure.
