Sorry, Only prolonged prison sentences at hard labor for corporate scammers will solve problem. This means nothing but striped prison jump suits, shackles, picks, shovels, chain gangs and bologna sandwiches for them. Monetary fines mean nothing to these criminals...it's just the cost of doing business for them. Only prison will solve problem.
