What an exciting #NASCAR  Sprint Cup season and an even better finish at Homestead! I'm still jazzed up after watching Kevin Harvick pull off the clutch victory to win the championship.

The only fans miffed about the new Chase for the Sprint Cup format are the ones whose drivers didn't make the cut.
Rodney Childers' leap of faith lands his first Sprint Cup Championship.

We all know a whole lot of creative magic happens in Athens, Georgia. Today, we bring you the story of three artists - how they found that magic together, the beautiful volume of photographs that has resulted from their years of collaboration and yes, how it all started with R.E.M.'s "Murmur."

I'm amazed how quickly the technology has progressed: lighter, thinner, more capacity. The iPod was certainly a game changer.

#TodayInHistory: On Oct. 23, 2001, #Apple Computer Inc. introduced the #iPod portable digital music player. http://apne.ws/1wmBjgB #APArchivePhoto #OTD

Macintosh owners can download 1,000 compact disc quality songs onto the iPod's five gigabyte hard drive in less than 10 minutes. The MP3 player works only on Macintoshes running Apple's proprietary operating systems and iTunes 2, the company's latest music software. (AP Photo/Julie Jacobson)

A public "thank you" to +AT&T mobility customer service rep Aretha, who handled my issue today with utmost care and support. She listened carefully, understood my situation, and offered a very reasonable solution. If every customer service agent gave the respect and effort Aretha did for me, the world would be a better place. #CustomerService   #Kudos   #Mobility

Less than 5 weeks in with my 2nd gen Moto X, one short drop and a bad landing. I'm exploring options to replace it, but I'm pretty upset about dropping it. The only case available in local retail was the monstrous Otter Box, which prevents the phone from being pocketable. Frustrating situation.

Aurelio's has some of the best pizza in east Cobb, done Chicago pan style! A pie with a side of garlic bread will easily satisfy four. Prices are very reasonable!

After spying the sign boasting "Warm Beer and Lousy Pizza" at Papa Rocco's, I couldn't help but test the reverse psychology. I'm glad to report the pizza and wings were amazing and priced reasonably. The environment is fun and relaxed, well worth your vacation time.

My first experience with Honest-1 in east Cobb was excellent. My Honda Civic was in need of basic brake maintenance; I received a clear, fair price estimate and the shop offered me a ride back in its courtesy vehicle. The brake work was completed in just a couple of hours, with no "mystery ailments" discovered during the repair (as many less scrupulous shops often do). The shop location is very convenient, in between Johnson Ferry and Roswell roads just behind Suburban Tap and Azita Salon.

After hearing positive buzz about Baked, I called in for a pickup order to give it a try. After enjoying the fried chicken, I can confirm the hype is backed by the taste! My wife and I ordered for two; the food was perfectly portioned, with two small sides each. Our order was ready in less than 15 minutes, making Baked a top notch option for Cobb residents who like to eat well while on the run.

Mediterranean Grill has quickly become a favorite. The shish kabob is well seasoned, tender and flavorful; I get the platter with potatoes! The Greek salad is also noteworthy, especially when you add grilled chicken. Highly recommended!

Jack Flats is my favorite place for sports, brews and great bar food in Old Town, Key West. They have a diverse menu, whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, need a appetizer fix or just want a good burger. I highly recommend the local fish bites and have enjoyed the big helpings of Alice's Pot Roast on several occasions. Ask about the local Key West microbrews Jack Flats usually has available. The restaurant has numerous hi-def TVs and projectors and show soccer, hockey, football, baseball...you name it.
