The two biggest obstacles leaders face with respects to technology are lacking a vision and/or not having the urgency to follow through with the vision.Strategic leadership starts at the top by having both a vision for serving the customer and urgency to align resources before the market shifts.See the visual below to find where your company fits. Here are four characters of leadership specifically to their decision making style concerning the int...

Do you obtain commitment or enforce compliance?
Culture eats strategy for breakfast. Peter Drucker How do you tell someone they are going down the wrong way of the street?Do you wave, scream, or jump out in the middle of the road?Or simply watch

Have you ever tried to persuade your boss to work remotely?  Or have you ever tried to influence your subordinates that working from home was in their best interests?  Here is empirical evidence you can take back to your team so you can be more productive, and spend more time at home (that's of course if you like being home).
"Frugality includes all the other virtues." Cicero Did you know employees eligible for federal telework work remotely 2 days per week, reduces up to 30% in office space, reduces absenteeism 31%,

Technology for events and meetings can either be helpful or a hindrance.  Select the best process for you using these tools.
Flipcharts are fine.Slides are so so.Its time to create an experience most people haven't seen before. What does that look like? What tools do you require?Whatever your system,It might need a wire.Your guest will request. The Internet they will test,To participate, engage, and inspire. We've talked about what it means to be an extemporaneous collaborative, how to record presentations using robots, and how to delivery the most value for events. Have you ever asked why sometimes customers don't know their lines? After all. Didn't you create a process for them to follow and they should do what you originally intended them to do? If customers buying patterns have you confused then it is time to look at how customers experience the value that you offer across multiple channels, not just one.According to to the Google Zero Moment of Truth Handbook produced in 2012, "90% of users turn to multi...

This post help explain how to think more extemporaneous in problem solving and decision making.
Responses are never radical. They are already pre-programmed into your subconscious. The difference between the right answer and the wrong answer is dependent on the person's past experience and

I'm using some breakthrough technology for meetings and training.  If you want to hop on a conference call this Friday to see what I'm doing  reply to me and I will privately send you the link.
Have you ever attended a training, a conference, or presentation and left empty handed? It seems all too familiar when a month a later you can't remember an action item other than you had a good time.

I couldn't have been pleased more with the exceptional customer service I have received from Kari Leslie and her team. She has saved me hundreds of dollars by advising me on the right policies to select and made adjustments to protect my investments through different stages in my life. It's rare to find someone proactive to serve your best interests and have the genuine empathy to understand your specific needs. I don't think of Kari as an insurance agent. I consider her to be a life partner in my success and so should you.

Over-promised, under-delivered, and will set your back business back in time and in money. The company, owned by Sue Thompson, “Abundance Accounting” claims “Abundance” and that they provide accounting services when in fact they falsified their representation in their marketing. BEWARE!!!! This is not an accounting firm even though the name might lead you to believe it might be. This is a small time book keeping operation who makes big promises to grow your wealth, provide counsel on your wealth management, and accurate book keeping records when in fact all I received was invoices with nothing to show for their work. I paid Abundance Accounting $700 already out of pocket and they keep sending me invoices but Abundance Accounting has not produced a profit and loss statement, a balance sheet, or any records that they did any work. Sue Thompson said she was going to file my quarterly returns and make that all required paperwork was turned in and this wasn’t the case. I received calls from the State Department of Revenue and Division of Labor that my accounts were overdue which told me that she had not done the work she said she was going to do. When I told Sue Thompson of Abundance Accounting our working relationship was over and I wasn’t paying any more invoices she sent my account to a national collections agency in order to be paid. I couldn’t have asked for a bigger nightmare. My advice is stay as far away from this company as possible.

I trusted Milhouse & Neal as a partner because they were a referred by a colleague and also a long time member of the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce to which I belong. Within minutes their team dissected my books and found critical errors in the structure of how my returns were processed, suggested I use a more reliable reporting tool to track my cash flow, and got me set up with a payroll solution that no busy entrepreneur has time to manage. I'm ecstatic about my new relationship with Milhouse and Neal and couldn't be more pleased with their performance in meeting my accounting needs while keeping their fees as low as possible. Already I have made my money back ten fold by investing in their services and look forward to life long partnership with their organization.
