I have never made my very own mac and cheese before so I google how to make one. I was lucky to have found a recipe from Food Network and Kitchen Treaty. I pick and choose from both recipe what I have and like and here's how it came out.
2 1/2 cup fat free milk
3 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter (2 would have been ok)
1/4 tsp smoked horseradish spread
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 ground nutmeg
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 cups cheese of your choice
Preheat oven at 375 degrees
cooked macaroni as directed and then drain well.
Meanwhile, warm up the milk. In a separate pot, melt butter add flour and milk for about a minute or until the it thickens. Then add the salt, nutmeg, horseradish and cheese. Mix well then add the macaroni.
Pour everything in a baking dish and bake for about 30 mins. Enjoy!
