I had a wonderful experience at the Don Larson dealership when i went there to purchase a vehicle Last fall.The salesman was very kind and considerate when it came to picking out our vehicle. He wasn't pushing us to buy something we didn't want and didn't put pressure on us when we picked out our vehicle. We got a GMC Yukon Denali XL for the wife to drive the kids. She is in love with it and I'm kinda jealous of it that it's her car. I plan on being back soon when the wife let's me get a new truck.

I am very happy. Friendly, Knowledgeable, Experienced. My car was having issues that no one else seemed to be able to figure out. I have my vehicle towed to these guys, with the tow, diagnosis, & labor my bill was $188. Very happy. Car runs perfectly! Thanks.

Long story short - my car started acting funny on our way to the Dells. Back in July, had replaced spark plugs and wirings and it started acting up the same way. After making it to the Dells, I contacted Don Larson since I drive a Chevy. Not only did they just let me show up, but they had my car fixed and ready to go by the end of the day. They also were honest with me about my car situation. They told me why my car had another spark plug go out after 6 months, what was really causing the issue, ect. If I had the time, I would have traded in my car with them and bought a new vehicle through Don Larson. I wish I lived closer so I could buy from them, but 5 hours isn't ideal to buy a new car. I was very impressed with the service. Nice, honest, loyal. Thank you so much for being an outstanding auto service center. There was no pressure to buy, trade in, or fix anything other than that one spark plug. This dealership is how every dealership needs to be!

I will be going here from now on! I took my car into the service center at Don Larson originally to just get an alignment and new brake pads. I got a quote, and all was good. Later that day, I got a call from Mike B and he explained that there were a few more things wrong with my car that even I didn't notice- I know nothing about cars and mine is 11 years old. He also quoted me a higher price if I wanted them to just do the work right there to get it taken care of. When he explained what he'd recommend, he broke it down so I could actually understand what my car needed, and I felt absolutely no pressure from him to get the work done at Don Larson. He wanted me to feel comfortable and gave me some time before I called back with the go-ahead. After the work was done, I picked up my car, and Mike B was there and explained on paper and in diagrams exactly what they did on my car. Again, he broke it down, so I could actually understand it. When I got in my car, I feel like I'm driving a brand new car with how smooth it runs. They even cleaned the inside of the car for me! I felt like I was treated very well and again, I will be going there for all of my future oil changes and car troubles. Thank you!

Our 2009 Acadia began leaking a lot of red fluid in two spots underneath the engine when we pulled into our resort on a Friday night. We called Don Larson service department the next day and did their best to diagnose the issue over the phone (transmission fluid leak) and even gave a worst case cost estimate (over $3k for a new transmission). Even though the service department had limited staff and few appointment spots open, they were able to fit us in to prevent us from paying more at a local repair shop that may charge tourists more. The service team even recommended the lowest cost tow company. We towed the car in and after a few hours, the service team informed me that it was actually a water pump malfunction that caused a coolant leak (coolant is also a red color similar to transmission fluid but not as oily), and because it was a known GMC issue, the repair would be free! They even took care of another recall (lift gate reprogram) at the same time. Every thing was fixed within a few hours. I stayed in the waiting room the whole time with complimentary soda/water, Wi-Fi, cookies, and popcorn. Thanks to Peter, Bruce and the Don Larson team for saving our vacation.

The salesmen were friendly did not hover over you while you were looking at the inventory of cars you have. They were knowledgeable on all the cars you have in your inventory. We had looked in a 50 mile radius and your dealership had the best deal on the type of car we were looking for. The service rep was very friendly and informative on the warranty and service for our vehicle we had purchased.

The most I can say is, Jeremy was outstanding in more ways then I can think. Everything was handled with professionalism. Everyone I talked to was very nice and pleasant. My car was ready when I arrived to pick it up. They went above and beyond to find me the right car. We love the vehicle and will come back for another one. I did not have to haggle over a thing.
