I cannot begin to explain how helpful Don Larson has been for me and my family. I run a daycare out of my home and I have a very hard time getting my car to and from the service department. They have helped me figure this out every time. I have a Chevy and a Nissan. I bring my Nissan to them as well; they are by far more reasonable than Nissan in terms of service. When they work on either of my cars they always keep me updated on the status, and they make payments easy by taking credit cards over the phone. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

The most I can say is, Jeremy was outstanding in more ways then I can think. Everything was handled with professionalism. Everyone I talked to was very nice and pleasant. My car was ready when I arrived to pick it up. They went above and beyond to find me the right car. We love the vehicle and will come back for another one. I did not have to haggle over a thing. took our 2000 silverado to Larsons back in sept.2011 for a problem with the anti lock brakes,the brake shutters under your foot and won't stop untill you brake HARD.The tech said it needed new sensors for anti lock brakes,they replaced both front hubs with new sensors and all 4 brake rotors to the tune of $1400.00 Now its 16 months and 5000 miles later and the same problem is back I almost crashed my spottless 2000 silverado because of this problem I returned to dealer and they quoted me $200. to fix,went home and recieved a phone call from Larsons,it started out with info on a repair it wasn't even taken in for a $95.00 cost not taken in for.Then the cost of repair for the anti lockbrakes went from $200. to $499. I said fix the brakes thats what it was brought in for.Before I paid for the repairs I talked to techs boss to explain to me why oem brake sensors org. lasted 12 years 50,000 miles and the new oem sensors from 2011 lasted 16 months 5000 miles to what his reply was its an electrical part like a light bulb -why does 1 light bulb burn out before the next one.My reply was my light bulbs don't cost me $450. I could see my situation was'nt important to this dealership and my truck will NEVER see the inside of this dealership again.This truck was bought at this dealership and I recieved an E-mail the same day to the effect of how they take care of a return customer THEY SURE DO ------NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was in the market for a newer vehicle and thought I would see what Don Larson Supercenter had to offer. I worked with Mike Schellenberger, and couldn't have more pleased. Mike showed me several cars within my budget and we narrowed it down to two. This was on Monday, and I told him I wouldn't make a descion until the following Saturday. He was perfectly fine with that - no high pressure. When I got there on Saturday, Mike had both cars ready for me to test drive again. When I returned, we asked Mike Smith from service to come out to give his valued input on both cars - that helped tremendously. After alot of discussion, I chose my gorgeous 2010 Malibu. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and respect I recieved from both Mikes!! The entire staff: Sales, Service and Finance was wonderful and easy to work with. Will I go back to Don Larson Superstore in the future?? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Thank you Mike and Mike!

I had a sound coming from my 2010 Traverse. I took the car to my local Chevy dealer. They originally diagnosed it as a rear differential, but after picking the car up, the sound was still there. I had them reassess and was told a new list of problems costing $2400. I then decided to go for a second opinion at Don Larson. The Don Larson price was $500 less and I decided to go with them. As Kevin was going through the information on the computer, he remarked that we had Zurich service plan and that I would only be responsible for the $100 deductible. I was sheepishly surprised needless to say that I didn't remember we included that plan when we bought the car. I was treated with respect and will definitely bring my car repair needs to them- even though it is a half hour drive. Great people!

We have purchased a few vehicles from Don Larson over the past few years. The one aspect that brings us back is the great customer service. Mike in the service department is more than accomodating when we need to schedule a vehicle for service. Their mechanics are top notch. Kevin, who we usually have work on our vehicles, is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain what the vehicle needs and most importantly does the work right the first time. I would highly recommend Don Larson when purchasing a vehicle or when the time comes for service.
