African American Owned-Detroit Businesses will and must be a part of Downtown Detroit New Business Developments, etc.  If it is only a question of access to capital and fair opportunity-Or is something else going on this subject matter?  We plan to bring some of our unique companies and businesses to Downtown Detroit -Even though our PBPC SON(TM) mixed development project main target is our Detroit Neighborhoods-to create jobs for our Detroit Residents and also bring  hope and  pride back  to our Detroit Neighborhoods!!

Our PBPC FOREVER(TM) Fatherhood-non profit organization has a special program to help provide the training and skills for our youth and men to get into skill trades career and jobs.  More details coming soon!
Thousands of positions in construction, healthcare, information technology and other high-growth fields are finally coming as Detroit emerges from bankruptcy. But a rollback in job programs and an educational system that leaves many young adults short on reading and math skills means many Detroiters can't even quality for job training.
