We scheduled a free consultation and the rep came out, that's good. But because the access was too tight for this guy he refused to get up in the attic ~ fair enough, but when we asked if he could have another technician take a look, he explained that this was his territory and he wouldn't share it with anyone else. He went on to quote services that would include attic pest removal which begged the question, how in the world can we expect to get the value for our service if he can not physically complete the service?
