interesting commentary on how massively innefficient govt. run healthcare is and will continue to be in the United States. We can't even run medicare correctly, what makes us think we can run an even larger healthcare system?
Stealing from the government-run health care system is much easier—and potentially more lucrative—than dealing drugs.

Just went there for the first time. Great traditional barber shop. It was pretty busy, but everyone was friendly. Just walk in, grab a number, and wait for an opening.

Extremely courteous staff! Quiet and close to the interstate. I can't complain about anything. It wasn't new, but I wanted to get something cheap so I didn't expect anything very nice. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores, and I didn't have any concerns about safety. Will stay here again.

In a word, Super-Awesome! To call this a "gym" in the traditional sense of the word, is inaccurate. It is more like being on a sports team again. When you walk in the door, everyone is saying hello and knows your name. We talk about the workout for the day and what our concerns are, and what our goals are. I am naturally a very shy person, but the atmosphere at KTown fosters a sense of belonging and community that you WILL NOT find at most gyms. Imagine, for a second, that you're trying to set a new personal record for the number of consecutive pull-ups you can do. If you were in a Gold's Gym, you might hear the latest jams playing on their satellite radio, and some meathead grunting as he finishes his 10,000th curl in the background, as you struggle to get that last pull-up. At KTown, everyone would know you were trying to set a new personal record, and people would be talking about how many pull-ups you're shooting for today. They'd be motivating you and clapping for you, and as you struggle to get your chin above the bar, you would not be able to hear a thing over the loud voices of the fellow KTowners who are telling you not to give up and how great you're doing. Once you finished, everyone would be high fiving you and congratulating you on what a great effort you just made. So really, it comes down to this: Grunting Meat-heads or Happy Friends. It's your choice.

Great for all fitness levels! I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed training here while I lived in knoxville, but I'll focus on one particular benefit that you won't find at the Rush. You can be 100lbs overweight and haven't ever seen the inside of a gym and the staff and fellow Ktowners will take you in and treat you just the same as a world-class CrossFit veteran. Everything is customized to your fitness level, and they teach you how to do the workouts so you don't have to feel embarrassed if you are new. If you've watched the CrossFit games it can look intimidating, but trust me there are all shapes and sizes in a real CrossFit gym.
