Are people still your most important asset??? This is an expected trend. Colleagues are constantly complaining about their work, being micro managed, fear of losing their jobs, and disengaged leadership. This trend will put a greater burden on the business, existing company employees, and those still unemployed. Companies need to determine a realistic workforce planning strategy, revisit employee engagement, and begin to take their peoples' issues seriously.
