Last night, my N5 jumped out of my pocket while I was biking home. This is the first time it's ever done that. Now, I've been using the N5 for close to two years - which is a lifetime for me and puts my reputation as a phone pig in a precarious position. For the jump, I thank my Google Overlords - it's obvious innit? They know (everything) that my reputation is on the line here so they're telling N5 to jump and smash so that I can then have a fool-proof reason to get a new phone. So kind of them. Unfortunately, the case I
had on the phone last night protected it. Not so much now....
My one dilemma - what phone to get?
The Nexus 5x - only 2 GB ram and Qualcomm 808 but the right size.
The Nexus 6P - lovely all metal but so big - uses 810 too I think? +Daniel Szilagyi
- you're the resident expert - is this true?
The Sony Xperia 5 - best camera ratings so far - but using 810 so overheating too?
What to do, what to do, what to do?
Maybe I'd better put the protective cover back on my phone again... until the reviews come out.
