Okay folks. This is it: that brand-new week you’ve been waiting for: that bright beginning, that opportunity to fix past mistakes, that chance to tackle the stuff you didn't get to earlier, that time when individual responsibility opens its sleepy eyes, splashes cold water on its face, and develops a plan for conquering the next challenge.

Make it better; make it right; make your life a productive success, do your part to make America great again ... and have a wonderful week while you’re doing it.

I didn't even know anyone made wooden American flags. These are quite impressive. In this video Anthony Brian Logan unboxes two flags he received from BHE Designs.

The video below is from the young man who started the #WalkAway movement. I was aware of the movement but had not seen this video until now, several days after I wrote my take on the WalkAway movement, which you can find on my profile page, titled "Is It Time to Walk Away?".

But first, watch this video:

If we can we imagine their foresight, the driving power of their desire for liberty, the strength and courage it took to leave their homes, sail the ocean, go ashore onto an uncharted wilderness, defend against the elements and unknown dangers, build homes and farms and businesses and towns, create a constitution unlike any before it, break away from homeland tyrants and declare their independence, fight a war with the most powerful military force on the planet … if we can imagine the reality of their time and circumstance, then we must feel respect and awe for our American founding fathers.

Is It Time to Walk Away?

Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Barack Obama, Bernie Sanders, Bill Clinton: six of the best, the brightest, the most honest, most popular leaders of the Democrat Party.

How can that be possible?

The Democrat Party has become so radical, so steeped in deception, so bold with their outrageous views of America, so negative against liberty, against individual rights, against any sane path toward prosperity … how can anyone be proud to call themselves a democrat, or vote for a candidate of that disgraced party?

Has the Democrat Party done something good for you? Or has it made things worse? Did you once feel as though they loved you ... until you said or did something outside the limits of political correctness? Were you once a part of a protected group that has now lost favor to some new protected group ... and still they expect you to help keep them in power?

The Democrat Party has gone too far down the wrong path, a destructive path, a path toward more and more government control of our lives, the path toward tyranny. Don’t follow them. Don’t let them take you with them. Don’t help them destroy your country.

Throw off the shackles you mistakenly placed upon yourself. We all get played from time to time. There's no shame in being fooled by expert tricksters. The political left is an extraordinarily deceptive machine.

Reclaim your right to think for yourself ... your right to a prosperous future ... your dignity.

Make a decision … a powerful, important decision. Change your life. Change your country. You don’t need the Democrat Party; it does not deserve your continued loyalty.

Make your move.

Make your mark on history.

On this Father's Day, I celebrate all fathers who, through their own efforts and the efforts of their sons and daughters, have made America a great country.

For Father's Day, and especially for those whose father has passed away after a troubled father/child relationship -- a poem from my blog -- His Father's Child

Today is Flag Day which commemorates adoption of the U.S. flag, June 14, 1777.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

The U.S. Army was founded on June 14, 1775.

Happy Birthday, United States Army! Thank you to all who have served in this important component of the most powerful liberty-preserving military force ever assembled.

Today is President Trump's birthday.

Happy birthday, President Trump. May your future, and the future of the great country you lead -- America, the country I love so dearly -- be prosperous, peaceful, and blessed with liberty. And may you live for many wonderful years beyond your second term as President of the United States of America.
