Don Sorensen is a recognized online reputation management authority whose expertise and insights have been featured in the New York Times, Newsweek, USA Today, CNNMoney.com and numerous industry publications. His firm, Big Blue Robot, was created to improve and manage the online reputation of corporations and their executives.
Sorensen presents frequently on both online reputation strategy and teaches preventative and reparative mechanics. His speaking engagements have included appearances at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference, MacWorld, the Direct Selling Association, and the National Conference on Student Assessment. His monthly newsletters and webinars have secured subscribers from all industry sectors.
He founded Big Blue Robot following 25 years of corporate marketing and public relations. Mr. Sorensen has helped to improve the brand exposure of: Sony, Bank of America, Dreamworks, Hallmark, Microsoft, Intel and Panasonic. He also managed strategic relations with Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Intel, Netscape, Sun, AT&T, AOL, and Symantec while at Novell. He holds a Communications Degree from Brigham Young University and is a published academic author.
