My husband and I bought a silver 2015 Tahoe LS on January 2, 2015. This particular day was unusually busy for the dealership, but Mr. Jason Luther and the entire staff at Don Hewlett couldn't have been more nicer and considerate of our needs and wants. They made us feel as if we were the only couple in the dealership buying a vehicle that day, when each sales person was dealing with at least 4 customers simultaneously. We walked away feeling like family instead of feeling like a customer or a number. The entire staff went beyond any other Chevrolet dealership we have dealt with in the past; and there have been many. we were floored to find out they offered 24/7 help on the new features of the 2015 vehicles with just a phone call to our representative; forever! That is unheard of. Love, love the OnStar app for the I-phone. We were also impressed with the 24/7 Roadside Assistance, an awesome warranty package that fixes dents and flats, 2 years of free oil changes, complimentary loaner vehicles and a shuttle service to the outlet mall and back when you car is being worked on, if needed. What more could a girl ask for? We will buy all our future vehicles from Don Hewlett. What an impressive experience on customer service.

This is my 5th vehicle purchase from Don Hewlett Chevrolet in Georgetown and I couldn't be happier. That's why I keep going back, not just for purchases but for service as well. This dealership has always treated me like family. Lee Dickie made certain I was treated right from start to finish and Steven with the accessories department was great to work with. I had a lot of accessories added to the vehicle at the dealership and I am very happy with my purchases. Not only that, I got a great deal on my new truck! This is truly a one stop shop for all your vehicle needs....especially if you are a Chevy person like me!

I went in terrified and unsure what to expect. We are a family of 6, our youngest is 18 months old & full of energy. We went in to see if we could get a new vehicle that would fit us all. Carter Hill was our salesperson and from the start I let him know how anxious I was because I did not want to get my hopes up. He was very understanding and allowed the time for us to be sure we can get approved before we actually test drove what we wanted. My kids were exhausted and fussy and Carter was so patient with them. I am so thankful to him, he made this process so painless and possible. The whole team we worked with was amazing! Thank you all for our new 2016 Chevy Traverse, we love it!!

I hate having to take my vehicle in for service because I normally have to deal with being told that I "must" get additional services for my car and the hard push for me to agree to it. I scheduled my 2016 Suburban for its first oil change and took it in this morning. The great service started from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle in the service drive-up. I regret not getting the name of the gentleman that greeted me there and walked me (didn't just point) inside to where I needed to wait for David McKnight, with whom my service was scheduled. David was working with another customer at the time. The other advisor sitting at the desk next to David's (again, I regret not getting his name) quickly finished whatever he was working on and said he could get me checked in so I didn't have to keep waiting. He said they would get it started and that it would be about an hour for the work to be completed and asked if I knew where the waiting room was (I did). Just a little over an hour later, David came to the waiting area to let me know my Suburban was done. Although I had been very pleased with the service and had no complaints, he apologized for not being available when I got there. I feel like all three of these employees were focused on providing good customer service. I'm quite surprised at some of the recent bad reviews I read because I had a completely different experience and wanted to make sure I shared that. I plan to continue getting my vehicle serviced at Hewlett even beyond the first two scheduled maintenance visits that came with my purchase. Also, when I purchased my vehicle months ago, I also purchased after-market running boards that open when the vehicle door opens. Twice, the puddle light by the driver's door has come loose and dangles down under the vehicle. Both times, I have brought it back in and it was quickly taken care of without any issues. I neglected to write a review then and wanted to mention the great service I received that time as well.

I have purchased and have been with people who have purchased a lot of cars from the Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio areas. Don Hewlett was by far the best experience I have encountered! My salesman was the best I have ever worked with. When I didn't agree with my trade-in value, he didn't try to argue, he simply said, 'let me go see what I can do.' We were able to work out a deal very quickly. I am even impressed with the finance department. At previous dealerships, the finance people would never give me the best interest rate first. I always had to tell them what they presented me wasn't good enough before they found me a better offer. At Don Hewlett, they were able to beat the approval I had already gotten with a credit union on first try. I was in the finance office for about 10 minutes, much much less time than I had ever been in a finance department before at a dealership (and most of that time was my husband talking about random things with the finance person :) ). Overall, I would not hesitate at all to recommend Don Hewlett Chevrolet to anyone. This is my first GM car. While I love my new car, I would probably continue to buy GM products even if I didn't like them just because of how much I enjoyed the buying experience at this dealership.

Well I’m annotating a six of ten. It would be a 10 but I had my ac repaired 28 June 16 with only 650 miles on my brand new Colorado. Then yesterday 7 July 16 my ac failed again at 850 miles! So as much as appreciate the hard work and smiles on the ground there at the dealership I’m unable to give that ten. I’m very disappointed in the reliability of the air conditioner and subsequent repair. This is my first Chevy since 1983; I love the truck otherwise. However, I had a Ford Sport trac for 16 years and 194,000 miles with almost no maintenance issues. We’ll see how this second ac fix goes.

We have never had any issues. We have bought 3 new vehicle from them and all have been a great experience. I like not having the run around, like you get a some car dealership. To tell the truth, my wife and I had decided on our newest vehicle that we wanted to go test drive and see what other options were out there. I don't know what we were thinking. I guess having found Don Hewlett our standards are just higher now. We left the other car dealership and went back to Don Hewlett.

Always disappointing service. Rude staff, they all look miserable. They charged me to patch a tire and didn't do it correctly. I Left with vehicle to go on a road trip and had to get tire repaired again cuz don hewlitt service guy did it wrong . Also they took all 4 caps off my tires and didn't put them back on. The car sticker was due for a inspection. They didn't notice, didn't offer and said nothing. Very disappointing. I called service manager. Left a message for him to call me . He never did . When I take car for service or oil changes, they don't wash your car like many other dealerships do as a professional courtesy.

A clean, comfortable, welcoming, well-run dealership. Every interaction at every touch-point was courteous, kind, and professional. Steven Lawrence in Sales is fantastic. Jeff in Finance was a pleasure, and the receptionist (sadly I didn't get her name) as well as Lloyd in Used Cars went above and beyond in trying to help me track down some belongings I left on my trade-in. Pricing was fair, there was no-pressure, and the sales-process was consultative and not pushy in the slightest. I used to do Sales so I can be very picky, but I can't speak highly enough of this place. They treated me better than BMW, and Mercedes down in Austin when I used to own those marques.
